Pros: Very nice staff, modern rooms and good location. Cons: basic services for the price (no breakfast - staff can buy for you after 08h30). Some noise from street and other rooms - matters only if you are light sleeper.

This review is for The Boutique Hotel on the 6th floor, which was newly renovated. Don't listen to the old negative reviews from years ago, they don't do this place justice. The staff was very welcoming and professional, room was relatively spacious, modern and clean. The location is in a nice neighborhood and within easy walking distance to the Vatican city. The hotel is in an older building, and the lift is small but charming unless you have a lot of luggage. Breakfast is on 1st floor, not fancy but clean and good quality, all you need for a good start to your day in Rome. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

I’ve arrived in this hotel in a bad moment for me and my family. I was fleeing from a horrible hotel in Rome. I called The Boutique at 7:45 a.m and the employee was kind and polite. Immediately she found a room for us. I arrived at 8:10 am and I found a spectacular accommodation. The room was clean and I could breathe fresh air. I suggest to all people that seek a wonderful hotel, to book in this one and can find a place where stay during their holiday.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
