My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 nights was incredible stay. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is also excellent breakfast start at 6.30-10.30 am. The hotel have very good view from my room. Comfortable bed. There is a small gym for working out.

Bit Faraway from main area but if thats what you wanted maybe. There is no Beach to swim even its located on beach. And its pretty Antique resort. More Thai style resort which after covid maybe is trying to make it also International resort, but they should Renovate it totally first. We foreigners see the faults...sorry. Resorts pool are almost unusable more like Antique lost world style ancient temple places. Tiles broken water pumps not working (So they use outside water pumps to recycle water etc.) Must been site in 20 years ago...

Great resort with cute rooms. Had the pool room with a cute little private pool. The beach itself is very shallow during low tide during the day so not much beach at all but we didn’t spend much time there. Ac doesn’t work that good during hotter times, toilet flushes very weak. But besides those issues, the staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Booked us our transfer from and to airport, along with a bike rental. The convenience was nice. The included breakfast buffet was nice as well has some western/eastern options along with a fresh egg bar. Coffee was good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Very clean.

Family of 4, two teenaged children. Booked two bedroom plunge pool room. Families with young children BE AWARE the 2 bedroom plunge pool rooms are 2 seperate villas. Room 501 has one villa looking into the other villa but others were not like this. The beach is not very accessible from this resort The resort is quite hilly, be aware for people who ave mobility issues In here are many, many mosquitoes, you will need adequate insect repellent. Good: -Main room very clean, large, nicely decorated (I believe room 501 had been renovated as it was nicer than other rooms). -Ocean glimpses from outdoor area outside room -Nice plunge pool, cleaned daily -walk to main area of Chaweng Beach, around 1km. -Breakfast is simple but adequate Improvement needed- -tea bags available in rooms -drinking water provided tastes and smells bad -plunge pool area very slippery - on arrival there was no welcome and no offer of assistance with bags

I would start off by talking about the location, it is a bit further away in the city area but a very good location along the Chaweng beach stretch.. Adjacent has its location where all high end resorts are situated. Overall the place is quiet and peaceful good for those who are looking for a retreat. There are lots of restaurants nearby as well as a shopping mall just 5min away drive. However this resort has lots to offer especially those who are planning for a holiday retreat with family and children. There are multiple swimming pools thus it won't be an issue of overcrowding on 1 single pool. The room is clean and very specious, probably one of the biggest I have stayed at. Everything is clean and neat. Well done to the housekeeping team. But do note that since it is a resort style of each room complex is dispersed around the area, distance to the lobby or restaurant can be a distance and challenging to people who have accessibility issues. Kindly check with the hotel prior to booking as our unit is situated on the first floor and requires climbing stairs. No issues for us by the way. If you need to pick something bad to say, then I would only say one thing is the buffet breakfast spread is too boring and predictable. All western selection is good, but the Asian selection taste needs to improvise. Overall a great value resort I would recommend to friends and family to stay in the future. P.s. sorry I didn't manage to take any photos of the room and resort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
