Hotel is in a great place. The staff is always ready to help. Rooms are spacious. Only issue is we had a room with no shower, only a bath. Make sure when you reserve that you have a shower in your room (they have fantastic shower)

I cannot fault this place. The staff and service was amazing. The pool and food was great. The rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable. We had our daughters birthday here they went above and beyond. This is an absolute hidden gem with quiet, peaceful vibes, right on the edge of Chaweng, convenient to all amenities. I highly recommend staying here.

I am a bit disappointed with this place. The good: bed is very comfy and room is clean. Decent WiFi. Location is bad/not interesting. Not much around and just kind of weird fit. No street food or local venders. Beach was close but lots of trash. Not enough pool chairs for guests at hotel. Half the hotel faces this ugly pool bar (poor design choice which infuriates me). Had one pool side drink which was poorly made. Overall prob wouldn’t stay here again. Weird vibe. Better to stay on the beach in town or in Lamai. I think it is overpriced compared to other offers in koh samui but the rooms are great. Pity as it has potential, bed is great and the staff is pleasant but that can’t overcome the other aforementioned drawbacks on location other offers.

Hotel was a little remote, but still nice. Breakfast was modest, but you could still order Your eggs several ways made. Still., some nice restaurants next to hotel, also drink bars, motibike rentals, exchange etc.

Clean, comfortable rooms in a beautifully quiet environment. I had a great stay at Canale. Two areas for improvement: the cleanliness of the swimming pool and the variety/temperature of the breakfast buffet (the ‘hot food’ was almost always cold).

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
