Well, counter services staffs was so polite and well explanation . Showing us their way to restaurants and room . So nice, cold and clean area and history of furniture from the hotel . Love their deluxe room , clean , different part of toilet , big bathtub, big bedroom with history of furniture. Love their breakfast international buffet with sure a nice sofa and quiet peaceful place .

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in December 2023. We received a free upgrade due to my status which was appreciated. The room itself is very well designed and the super tall ceiling certainly gave it a wow factor you don't get in more modern establishments. The renovation was done with care and respected to the "place". What you don't get is a view of city skyline. There is a large restaurant which serves as an all day venue. The food is very good. You pay hotel prices but it is a pleasant space to dine in. There is that old world charm that permeates the hotel. What is less charming is the entrance to the hotel. It is the most understated I have ever seen for a 5 star hotel. It is literally a short discrete driveway which leads to a "hidden" double door. If you don't know what you are looking for, you'd miss it. On the other hand, the staff are friendly and helpful. Not overly high touch but you know they are there. There is also a small gym and a small outdoor pool. It is more for kids to have fun than doing laps. It is in a separate but connected building so it is accessible but not super handy, depending on the location of your room. Across a covered short walkway is a small shopping mall with a number of eateries and the Capitol theatre/function centre. Being opposite to Raffles City and the MRT station is super handy. There are two museums within walking distance as well.

Had afternoon tea at the Lobby Lounge on Sat, 21 Oct. It was truly decadent - excellent taste, beautiful presentation, lovely ambience and a very attentive staff, Jannick. When he noticed I was hiding my hands under the napkin as I was feeling cold, he offered me a clean shawl, which did wonders in keeping me warm and cosy. He patiently explained the details for each course that was served and was present whenever needed. He later shared that he is from the Netherlands and was here on internship. With such great service and good work attitude, I'm sure he'll do well during his stay here. Kudos to the team at Lobby Lounge and the chefs for putting up an exquisite spread of food - we really enjoyed every single item that was served. Looking forward to my next visit 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
