The capsule itself was the only good thing about this place. The bed is quite comfortable and i had no issue placing my essentials besides me when i went to bed. Otherwise the bathroom is pretty dirty, i dont think they clean the bath and shower rooms daily. The only things available for the guests are shower towel, shower soap and body soap. I don't recomment anyone to stay there for more than 1day. Also the capsule itself was big enough in my opinion but everything else (lobby, locker room and corridor) is narrow and dirty.

The room was stifling. There was no way to lower the air conditioner's temperature and closing the capsules (to prevent corona/face-to-face contact) was totally unbearable in the heat. The bathrooms were not clean as promised, and the bedding was stained. I also had a harrowing experience with the third floor bathroom's lock sticking, trapping me in there for a good five minutes while I tried to pry the door back open. Location was not convenient. For some reason there was no Korean outlet, only American outlets, which made charging difficult. Staff was never present and unreachable. A master key is readily available so that anyone can access ANY locker, at any time, which I found more troubling than the men having access to the women's floor, and vice versa. The only upside is that the experience costs about 27k won. I booked a last minute deal at a different hotel, left, and had a much better night.

The experience wasnt the best since the staff was unreachable and the instructions weren't clear. No essentials were provided aside from shampoo and body wash. The bed was comfortable but u can actually hear any single noise from others,and in the morning, other guest had an alarm that keep ringing and waking everyone up except for that guest. Place had some cleanliness issues, and needs improvement.

The Capsule Hotel is a great value for solo travelers. The capsules themselves are fairly spacious and the facilities were clean. However, the linens were pretty worn out and didn’t smell clean. There’s also only one toilet on every floor which was kind of inconvenient with eight capsules of women on the floor. When you first arrive, the side street looks pretty sketchy but I stayed here for three nights and it was a secure facility. While there’s no way to lock up your pod, the front door has a key code after hours and the locker you’re provided is a decent size. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to any solo traveler.

Such a great place for solo traveller. The location is a plus soo close to chingmuro station. The staff was very helpful despite limited grasp of English language… Will use The Capsule again when I return to visit 😁

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
