We were blown away by the standard and quality of our apartment. Spotlessly clean, decor absolutely fabulous and excellent facilities. So much space and the beds were so comfortable. Very central, would certainly return & recommend them to anyone looking for quality accomodation at a very reasonable cost. Staff very extremely helpful. loved our stay.

Walking around the streets just off The Cavern Quarter there are some amazing buildings, Cook Street has some fabulously structures none more so than 14 Cook Street Building. I love the look of this buildings, the facade is fabulous, a mix of sandstone and wrought iron makes for a wonderful looking building, a Grade II listed building built in the Victorian times ,now home to Picolo Restaurant, its a very photogenic building, makes for some great photographic opportunities, if your wandering around this part of town I highly recommend you check out the wonderful 14 Cook Street Building .

Fabulous apartments in a real hot spot area of Liverpool. The apartments have everything you could wish for and equipped with top quality furniture and furnishings. Highly recommended in a popular area with great bars and restaurants in easy reach

We stayed as a party of 4 in APT 14 4th to 6th August. Check in was easy. On the 1st day we had issues with the lock to the room and the security guy Lee managed to sort the situation. On the 2nd day we wasn't so lucky and the key was stuck in the lock and would not open the door at all. Had to wait about 1hr 30 min for them to call a locksmith out to get us into the APT. The cleaning team/maids told us they had issues with that same lock for the previous 2 weeks and it wasn't properly sorted. We was told the general manager would be in contact first thing Monday morning which never happened. We got a apologies of sorts and was expecting to be contacted by the manager for a proper apology but nothing. Obviously customer service ain't there strongest point. 1 other point I will make is the size of the APT that is advertised as 1453 Square feet. We had a APT in blackpool that was advertised as 734 Square feet and was bigger than this one. Location was perfect for us though.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
