We had a huge room (2 king size beds, 2 couches) with balcony. Layout was nice. It was old looking though and entire bathroom floor was covered with a rubber mat with draining holes that made the shower room smell sour. Washer dryer combo works well if only a few clothes are washed. Only one elevator and sometimes it takes a while to stop at your floor. Hallways outside the elevator have a room freshener plugged in that is VERY strong smelling. Staff was extremely nice. Hotel let's you store the luggage even after check out which is very helpful if your flight is later in the evening

A peaceful oasis! It was our first stop in Tokyo after a LONG flight and it was great. We were a family of four and surprised at how big our room was (although we are from New York City!) The beds were comfy, the AC was perfect and it was quiet. Reception was welcoming and it didn’t feel like a sterile chain hotel. A cute ramen shop across the street and easy access to public transport.

Great location in the heart of Akasuka, a wealthy, foreigner friendly district full of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Rooms were large, but generally oddly decorated, and ours specifically didn’t have a great view. Beds were comfortable and staff was responsive and respectful.
