Enjoyed 3 nights here with a room on the ground floor with private pool access. The pool is like a canal connecting a row of rooms. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome. The sky bar has really great happy hour deals. The infinity pool on the 7th floor is not perfect, but still gives a pretty good view. There's also a separate area at the back where you can tan. There's also a sauna and fitness centre.

We came for a total of 2 weeks and reserved 3 rooms: 4306,4307,4308. There are excellent hotels in the Patong area, good value for money, very spacious rooms, not outdated at all. Good location. My friends are impressed and next year we will come again. I like the service of the housekeeper named Kluay. I lost something in the room. He helped me find the right thing and my friends asked for water and coffee. The service was good. There is a laundry service and a balcony for sitting. I must say that I am very impressed.

Clean rooms and great location. I stayed at 3 different hotels during my Thailand vacation, and this came in 3rd place. It was the most expensive of the 3 places too. My stay was pleasant and the food was good, but not memorable.

First of all, location and staff deserve more than 5 stars! Service was excellent and hotel almost on the beach. Breakfeast delicious. :) But I can not give more than 3 stars. We had deluxe double room with the access to the pool. The room itself was just oka, but definitely was not in a price range of 1200€ we paid for 8 nights. U can find easily better looking room much cheaper. When I was reserving deluxe I was expecting also something different to other rooms, bathtub or at least spa service for better price. Not only terrace instead of a balcony. Also I would not say it was as clean as it could, but nothing too bad (spider web). So overall stay was oka BUT price is too high for the value of the hotel. Was disappointed. :(

I stayed in a room with direct access to the pool. Which is very nice when you just like to take a quick dip. There is a rooftop pool with bar and the view is amazing up there. Breakfast have Thai, Indian, European food and more. If I have something negative to say is that there is no proper coffeeatation. At least I didn’t find any. Just a machine with just that, machine coffee. Perfectly placed with just 2 min walk to the beach and close enough to the nightlife.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
