This beautiful hotel is truly enchanting, with an abundance of candles creating a magical atmosphere throughout. Even on the private beach, the charm continues. The hotel itself is clean and wonderful. I visited the beach restaurant within the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the place and the delightful ambiance. Unfortunately, I arrived after sunset, missing the opportunity to see the hotel and experience daytime tea, which I imagine would be truly splendid. I hope to have the chance to visit again. In summary, this hotel is a gem, creating a captivating atmosphere with its numerous candles and maintaining its beauty even on the private beach. Clean and wonderful, the beach restaurant is a delightful surprise, and I regret missing the daytime view of the hotel. Looking forward to the possibility of another visit.

Beautiful, relaxing start to our holiday. Rooms are luxurious and spacious, food is excellent - dinner in the beach restaurant was delicious and there's a huge selection at breakfast. The hotel has really nicely designed grounds to walk through - it forces you to slow down and relax as it's spread over a large site given the number of rooms, which adds to the feeling of luxury.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Chedi Muscat, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was captivated by its stunning architecture and luxurious ambiance. The attention to detail in every corner was truly impressive, creating an atmosphere of elegance and tranquility. What truly set Chedi Muscat apart, though, was the impeccable service. Every staff member seemed to anticipate my needs before I even realized them myself. Their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued member of an exclusive community. The culinary experience at Chedi Muscat was a journey in itself. The food was not only a feast for the taste buds but a visual delight. Each dish was a masterpiece, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. I found myself savoring every bite, and every meal became a cherished memory. These elements, combined with the breathtaking surroundings, created an unforgettable experience. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. The service was impeccable and the food delightful. I would especially like to thank the lovely Mr Richard who made our stay very special. He spoilt us with the most delicious drinks, everyday was a treat! I highly recommend the Chedi if you need a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful grounds and exceptional breakfast buffet. The room was well appointed (except no ironing board) and quiet. Comfortable bed. Three pools and a large gym. Too bad we didn’t have enough time to try the spa. A great address close to the airport.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
