        We had the pleasure to stay at this hotel during our honeymoon. At our arrival we had a lovely surprise in our room with a beautiful bed decoration. The room and facilities where really good but the best asset of this hotel is their staff they were all so lovely and helpful. As it was a special occasion for us, they gave us a room upgrade witch we really appreciated. The location of the hotel was perfect as we could go by walk everywhere and where close to all the shops and restaurants.

        The room was clean, very new and cozy. It wasn’t big, there wasn’t a window so if you’re claustrophobic, I won’t recommend it. But we enjoyed our stay. They were really friendly, great service, and the location was perfect. Very happy with our choice.

        A great boutique hotel right in the centre of Hanoi's Old Quarter and 10 steps away from St. Joseph Cathedral. Check in was quick and seamless, all the staffs were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious and we even got upgraded to a bigger room with a bathtub.

        The room was clean, very new and cozy. It wasn’t big, there wasn’t a window so if you’re claustrophobic, I won’t recommend it. But we enjoyed our stay. They were really friendly, great service, and the location was perfect. Very happy with our choice.

        I definitely recommend this hotel! The good is great and the service is superb! All the staff are friendly and very helpful! Definitely worth every penny! I don't usually get an all 5- star in all three services where I come from. I truly love this place!

        My stay at The Chi was outstanding. The staff, especially Trang, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The porter even carried our luggages to our car which was located outside of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a proper bath tub. The location is perfect, I could walk to all the attractions and the Cathedral is just around the corner. This is an amazing boutique hotel that offers a very personalized service. Will be my go to hotel in Hanoi from now on.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
