BEWARE! Decent location, but it used to be a Hostel for $25 a night, it is now disguised as a mid priced hotel with hidden member fees that bring the cost of 1 night to $150 plus $100 for incidentals. I would not pay $250 to stay at this poorly renovated Hostel when I could walk 1 block to a dozen better hotel options that will cost half as much money.

Stayed here with a couple friends in a 4 bed room! This hotel is like a hostile, bunk beds and lockers in the room! Works really well if you’re traveling with multiple friends or family. The beds were still very spacious, enough to share with someone and furniture was not squeaky or loud! Bathrooms were a good size and shower was great, large and beautiful. The lockers actually came in handy. The room was sorta small, basically couldn’t have two people next to each other horizontal but if we were all vertical, we fit 😂 table was a little small for the amount of people, ended up making the bench for table space. Only weird thing was our window was facing right outside a sidewalk so people could walk by and look inside if they wanted, it was a pretty high window so it wasn’t horrible but still, I could look directly outside to people. Staff was amazing, room service came a little too early but whatever, not rude. Front desk was great and friendly! They have a huge downstairs with a hang out, bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer. Very convenient if you’re coming with a large group, was personally in town for a festival so laundry was great option.

This place was rough. Check-in took over 14 minutes while the staff spoke to each other about unrelated things and I was the only person there trying to check in. The place is directly next to the train with limited sound protection. They charge a $49.99 amenity fee which gave you 6 cans of soda or bottled water which was room temperature. The hallways were loud and they didn’t seem to enforce any curfew. The hotel offered a single bar of soap for toiletries, no shampoo/conditioner/lotion. There are not refrigerators in the rooms. While asking for neighborhood advice I was met with a literal blank stare.

I booked a room for mid August but had plans fall through. I called two days before to cancel but couldn’t get ahold of any English speakers for several attempts. Eventually I did find an employee that could help me. Cancelled the room and life moves on for five months when they charged my card $250. I disputed the charge and my credit card company fixed it. I had my card replaced but I still see random failed attempts to bill my old card number. One for $8.95 one for $14.79 etc. this is a shady business and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

So, the site said it was $78/night. That seemed like a lovely price, even with their $40 amenity fee (the amenity is a limited number of water bottles and soda, which you can find in the basement). There was a resort fee and a lot of local tax that made our actual rate closer to $200/night (a bit upsetting since we could have stayed somewhere nicer/more reliable for that price). They said there was a $100 hold for incidentals, and then placed a $150 hold on my card, so I was prepared not to get that back and happily surprised when the hold quickly dropped off my account after checkout. The rooms are tight, but clean enough. Our shower leaked to the point that there was a rolled up towel at the base of the door when we checked in. The train passed about ten feet from the window in our room, but the noise wasn't deafening or anything. I would say it's tolerable if you are a pretty good sleeper. Wifi seemed functional. Parking is $50 and can't be reserved in advance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
