        Nothing good about this hotel . Only the location . The rooms small workers not friendly with guests. Reception staff are not good and there is no hospitality at all . They looks strange in the guests eyes without even smiling . And they make the person feel that you are not welcome.

        While the rooms themselves aren’t really that luxurious or big, it has all your basic needs and some other extra features that make it a great place. Me personally, my room was clean and service was frequent and staff were good. The location is in a bad place if you hate walking, amazing if you like walking.

        The worst hotel experience ever I had in this world .. the worst service ever there is a rude person there ... the bed sheets are used and not clean at all ... there is like blood stains there .. also the area is one of the worst areas in Istanbul... even dogs will be shy to live there . .. these are the photos of the sheets .. the hotel must be demolished and build animals shelter instead

        As a tourist generally I am not too concerned re Hotels as I mostly use it as overnight accommodations/place to sleep. From that point of view it was fine. But the smoking policy in this hotel is not good. I am a non smoker - didn't have the option of a non smoking room. In fact the whole hotel just smells like smoke all the time. The staff in the hotel are also not friendly or accommodating at all. I understand that language may be a problem but there is no excuse for at least greeting guests. In general I also believe the hotel lack some maintenance especially on windows. I was part of a smaller group of 8 and in total part of a group of +/- 35 and we all the believe the hotel is not a 4star as advertised and not as per their web page etc. The photos on the website must be from.a few years ago. The Hotel can't do much about the location but I found the location too far from the real attractions. We always had to use trains/Trems etc to get to these attractions. As a low cost accommodation maybe an option for other people but unfortunately wouldn't book at this hotel in future.

        Terrible experience, booked other accommodation as the experience was so bad. Staff are so rude, and abrupt. Not helpful at all. Carpets in rooms is gross, and no access to aircon remotes - not allowed. Have a dont care attitude. Wont even rate this place a 1 star.
