We’ve been here for almost a year now, this was our first apartment in Philadelphia and it’s been an overall good experience living here at The Civic. The pros outweigh the cons by a lot in my opinion. Kind neighbors, friendly staff, and a decent amount of privacy when it comes to overhearing various neighbors. There has been ongoing construction across the street from our unit which has been loud but understandable given Philadelphia is a large growing city. The management is approachable, they’ve been open to a conversation about any issues/questions we’ve had. They’ve also been really helpful as we’ve been into the process to move into another building they manage. A typical day here is calm, you probably won’t share the elevator with anyone let alone wait for one. The biggest issue we had here was delivery drivers finding the correct address, just make sure to enter delivery instructions. 8/10 overall.

I have lived at the Civic since 2021, I initially started in a smaller unit and upgraded to a larger one. The floor plans are spacious and the kitchens have a lot of cabinet and counter space. The finishes are modern and clean. I haven’t had any maintenance or pest issues and I have really loved my experience at this building. I think the staff is kind and available to help whenever needed. They very much value and appreciate their tenants and I’m happy to continue calling this location my home! Very dog friendly also 🐾

I’ve lived at the Civic for a year and a half with my dog. We both love it here. As others have said, the front desk staff is absolutely amazing. The amenities are likewise great—peloton bikes and an uninterrupted 360° rooftop view of the city are my favorites. The building is very dog friendly, which I love, and I would say the average age is late twenties-early thirties. The finishes on the units are beautiful too, and any issues I have had have been resolved with grace. I enjoy feeling a part of a community and this building has that!

Absolutely the best place to call home in Fairmont. To start, the lofts themselves have immaculate space and have all updated appliances. The staff here is THE best group of individuals on this earth. From the property manager, to the front desk concierges, to the maintenance group. They all strive to take the best care of their residents. Parking is gated and constantly monitored by the front desk. If you are looking to feel apart of a community along with living like royalty, this is your spot. In addition to the upkeep in common areas, events and holiday gatherings are often put on by the property group. The Civic, and it's people are truly a gem.
