We only got to stay one night, but we absolutely loved The Clan and will be back. Check-in and check-out were both professional and smooth. Our room was quiet, spacious and beautifully appointed. Both the gym and the pool stand out and are among the best I’ve ever seen in an urban hotel (incl. some of the world’s luxury chains). Even though we were only on the way to a special occasion, The Clan gave us a room upgrade and a delicious (genuinely very good) slice of cake.

We stayed at the Clan Hotel in Singapore with my sister in January for three days in January. I admit I really hesitated about how to rate this hotel. The location is perfect, next to the Chinese district. The rooms, although rather small, are super cozy and well equipped. Especially, the shower is nice and big. On the top floor, you will find a swimming pool, again rather small for the number of guests the hotel can accommodate, but it has such a stunning view! However, and this point is really crucial to me, the air conditioning in the room makes too much noise, to the point you can't sleep at night, even with earplugs. As good sleep is essential, the noise from the air conditioning made this perfect hotel a less idyllic location. Otherwise, all was fine.

Location for the hotel was great. Hotel staff were so nice and very helpful. Master Phu was making the tea ceremonies very special with explaining every detail of the tea and the cookie which was fab. Breakfast was just standard was staff were very good. Our room was small but very clean, toilet was amazing with the heated seat and drier etc. Floor 30 has a lovely view with swimming pool and gym and open for long hours.

My husband and I felt that we picked the perfect hotel for our honeymoon stay in Singapore in 2023. We loved everything about The Clan. It was incredibly well connected to public transit and was just a fairly short (and lovely!) walk to the Marina Bay area. Breakfast was held at the Qin, a gorgeous restaurant/bar with towering windows and a breathtaking view of the city. Darren (Lobby Ambassador) went above and beyond to make sure that we felt accommodated throughout our entire stay. He truly made us feel so special. He and the housekeeping team often left congratulatory gifts for us that were an absolute surprise (chocolates, a slice of cake, and even a bottle of wine one night!). We would not hesitate to recommend The Clan to others and hope to have have the privilege of staying again in the future!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
