High energy hotel and a great location make the Clancy a business winner. The Clancy had a high energy feel when I checked in. There seem to be a lot of business people meeting and even working in the lobby. The lobby is large, modern and welcoming. And check-in was quick. These Autograph properties offer interesting amenities for higher level Marriott Bonvoy members like a free coffee and cable car passes. I like these perks and used them to their full advantage. My 17 floor room had an OK view. It was very clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel appears to be close to many down town businesses and restaurants. I ate that evening at a local place that looked to be packed with expense account business warriors. The $80 valet rate seemed outrageous even for San Francisco. I parked around the corner for $50. The neighborhood was active in the day and felt relatively safe when I headed back to the hotel around 9. It's a nice place and I would return.

This was a very nice hotel but we paid for a City view and we're initially told there wasn't one available. When we asked for the discount offset we magically got one..... 😑 Shenanigans You got a little bit of a credit for some drinks, and I had a nice bar area and seeing outside with a fire pit. Location was good and near where you'd want to be and rooms were clean, comfortable with nice amenities The valet I realize was quite busy but man it was just not good. We ram jammed our car up front because there was no room anywhere because there were so many cars queued up. The car was actually hanging out into the road. The valet was just chilling not minding this hazard. When it was time to pick up. We did the text thing 20 minutes before heading downstairs and still found that we had to wait another 20 minutes or more to get our car. Apparently they had stacked a bunch of cars downstairs against it and double parked. Excuses that I don't care about other than I had a flight to catch and wasn't planning on an additional 25 minute wait. I would definitely stay here again but I would most certainly reconsider using the valet services.

Very spacious rooms and fully equipped with refrigerators/espresso machines/half and half/gym. Nicely designed and decorated lobby. A bit loud in the room as it’s next to the street. Staff especially the room service staff are super nice and helpful. Only one front desk young Asian man was a bit weird. We checked in and he’s trying to explain how the “card” works, we asked some questions about the additional/mandatory charges but he seemed not too happy that we asked. Interesting program though, $29 additional fees for $25 credits where you can spend at the hotel and some cable car tickets and some other perks. Food at the restaurant is pretty good actually. Only it feels a bit restrictive to have to spend the credit. All in all a pleasant stay.

The hotel staff, room and amenities were excellent and commendable. However, my vehicle was returned by the valet with a significant crack in the windshield and covered in bird feces. I was told by the attendant that my vehicle was garaged overnight which the evidence does not support. I filed a claim and was informed a manager would contact within two days. I have yet to hear from a manager, have my valet charge refunded or be reimbursed for my cracked windshield. Very, very disappointing. Follow up to my review: The parking company refused to acknowledge responsibility for the damage to my vehicle claiming they have proof the damage was not a result of their actions. I requested to review the evidence but was denied as they only disclose “evidentiary findings” during arbitration. I must thank the Clancy Hotel itself for refunding my room and valet charges over this issue.

I was looking to enjoy a night in the city and wanted to stay near Oracle Park since I would be enjoying a game for the night. The Clancy was perfect due to it's location and I was happily impressed with the layout and nice features inside. Staff was very friendly and maintained a high level of professionalism. Not only was the lobby inviting and spacious to comfortably seat multiple large parties- but great stop for a quick bite whether it be morning or evening. The rooms were modern with such nice interior design, there was no issue with settling in. Rooms were clean and had everything you could need. I look forward to my next stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
