Id like to start off with, is that the hotel was a very good distance away from the boardwalk and everything was easily accessible. I’d say the only downside of the hotel is that there are certain places that are very weirdly empty, and it would be better to have furniture to fill up the space. Another negative thing I’d say is that the elevators take forever to come up, and something we’d have to take the stairs because of it, which was annoying. Last thing would be that we asked the front desk to help because it was too cold in the room, but they never fixed it and we eventually gave up. At the end of the day, me and my friends had a very good weekend and had so much funny

We stayed for the weekend and had a wonderful time! The entire hotel is beautiful and steeped in so much history. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. The entire property, including the guest rooms, were very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating from the front desk, to the bartenders at Vue, security, housekeeping, management... we had such a great experience! We will definitely stay here again!!!

Very outdated hotel. Only 2 of the 5 elevators were working. Had to wait in long lines every time. Room wasn’t clean. View was awful. Pool was closed when we arrived. It opened the next day, but there was no heat, in January. Should have known you get what you pay for. With all the other options in AC, we’ll never stay again.

I wish my stay was this great! We purposely booked this specific hotel because we have kids and they have an indoor poor and it was late fall. Well, like many reviews state.. the pool is almost never open and was closed our entire stay. Each night we had different people in the room next to us who were so loud we couldn’t get any sleep. One night we had to call security at 3 am because the fighting was so bad and there were kids in the room Nextdoor as well. It was definitely a sleepless weekend and not the good kind. We actually ended up leaving a day early it was that miserable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
