I stayed from Friday to Sunday with a friend and had an amazing time. Our room was spotlessly clean and it was nice to be welcomed by some chocolate cake and champagne. The bar and restaurant were also lovely, the food is amazing and there's a great atmosphere 👌 The staff here really can't do enough for you, they're always so polite and happy to chat. Ron especially, is an absolute credit to the hotel, he was such a gentleman the entire weekend and was always happy to give us suggestions on places to visit, directions and just have a general chit chat when we were passing through the reception. The location is fantastic, all the main attractions are so close that they're walking distance. It's by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at and I will 100% be staying again in the future

Ideal location for a west end show visit. We were given a free room upgrade upon checking in and the room was lovely and quiet. All staff were extremely polite and would always greet you walking past. The breakfast was superb. Huge selection and quality was very high, exceeded expectations. Will definitely make this our hotel for future trips into London!

Charming historic old British hotel. Breakfast spread is lovely, lunch and dinner options were wonderful. Service staff attentive and friendly. Location is right in the thick of it, easy walking to many places and right next to the national gallery. Pillow menu for your preferences, great water pressure and a rain shower head. The fun of trying to remember how navigate between the two buildings is fun, 😂

Pros: Great location, nearby main city attractions. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Our room was small, but the bed was cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with a variety of options. Cons: The shower was slow to drain, to a point where we had to be careful it didn't overflow, and the temperature turned icy cold within minutes. Additionally, the preauthorization security deposit for our room was charged instead of refunded, so now we have to go through an entire claims process with our bank in order to have it refunded.

As a family spread across the country we meet regularly at the Clermont-Ferrand Hotel for lunch/dinner at Charing Cross. The food is always excellent and the service is superb. We are never rushed and we are made to feel very special. The bar and dining room are beautiful rooms with magnificent chandeliers. We highly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
