      The Clyde hotel is very nice, but a bit dated including the furnishings and fixtures in the rooms. Everything is super clean and well maintained which is a testament to the housekeeping staff. That being said, Mr. Martin Ortiz went above and beyond to make us feel like we were VIP. He greeted us promptly and made sure that we felt right at home. He upgraded our room and explained all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. Even though we only stayed one night, he made us feel like we were exclusive guests. He is definitely an asset to the company.

      I was here for a conference with probably 200 others. So many people had the same experiences as me I did not bother complaining as there was no fix. Some of the complaints are due to the amount of people that the locations could not handle, but it was not even full so no excuse. First, I had to run the shower 15 min to get it like warm. Some could not ever get that far. The last day there was no issue so it was the amount of people, but that could be another day. Second, they only had 1 elevator working half the time and it only went up to 2 of the 4 after a couple days. You could not get in from the stairs past the 2nd floor so even the 3rd had to ride. It took up to 20 minutes to make it back and forth as there was a schedule and everyone needed it at the same time. I don’t know why they had 2 different an all week and 3 for the first day. It is near impossible that 3 failed the weekend before so poor planning. Third, I went back to my room and the cleaning crew was in there. I walked in and my ID or room key were not checked. Anyone could have walked in the room and took my stuff. I walked out with a $6k camera and lens so that could have been really bad. I told them not to let anyone else in that room because I was alone. This was the last day before leaving or I would have been worried. The food was OK, but it was served banquet style to a large conference so it wasn’t bad and you can’t expect the best. Not sure if it even came from their normal facility and it probably didn’t. I did not eat at the restaurant, but drinks were very expensive.

      My husband and I stayed at The Clyde Hotel for two nights on a drive across the country. We had a wonderful experience - super comfortable room and bed and an extremely attentive and kind staff. Everyone who helped us went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of - Neal, Chris, Taylor, Andrew and Marty. We had a few complicated requests, and they even accommodated those. Many, many thanks to all who made our stay so comfortable.

      My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at The Clyde Hotel. The remodels in the lobby, bar, and restaurant are gorgeous and have the classic art deco aesthetic with modern touches. The customer service was commendable! The manager, Mr. Ortiz, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about local fares. The restaurant on-site, Carrie’s, was delicious and affordable for its higher end quality. We will look forward to visiting again and excited to see the new room designs! Location was fantastic being right in the middle of downtown. The views were amazing from our room showcasing the city and the volcanic mountains in the distance. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

      Hotel location ideal if you have business in downtown area. Be aware that Clyde Hotel is not near many vacationers Hot spots. No complimentary breakfast. Note also that On weekends hotel/restaurant/bar/gift shop have odd/limited hours. On weekends the whole area that The Clyde is located in is basically closed for the weekend which was an inconvenience. The actual room is nice; however, there was an issue with cooling down the room (we were offered a fan). On our last night a water leak outside the bathroom was also noticed and front desk was advised; which they sent up housekeeping to look at the leak. Change of room was NOT officially offered but since it was our last night we decided we’d just step over the saturated spot. Due to the air conditioning issue and water leak an adjustment on room cost would of been nice, but it was not offered. For the cost, overall stay was overpriced. The choice was on us for not researching hotel/area better; next time we’ll do better.

        It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

        Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
        Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
        The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
        Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
        Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

        Hotel Cancellation Policy
        User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
        Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
        User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
        Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
