Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

The resort was really beautiful. Their infinity swimming pool was really a great thing in our trip. We enjoyed the view. We loved their breakfast but they should be more careful about the cleanliness and pest control. Over all, it was a good resort to enjoy phi phi island.

Disappointing Experience at The Cobble Beach Hotel 🏨👎 Our stay at The Cobble Beach Hotel left much to be desired. The room and bathroom were far from clean, with noticeable neglect in maintaining basic hygiene standards. 😞🧹 The towels provided emitted an unpleasant odor, further diminishing the overall experience. Regrettably, our expectations were not met, and we couldn't help but feel a sense of being misled. The disparity between the advertised experience and the reality of our stay left us with a distinct feeling of disappointment. 💔🛌 In the future, we hope The Cobble Beach Hotel takes measures to ensure the cleanliness and quality of their accommodations align with the expectations set for their guests. 🚫🐾 #CobbleBeachHotel

The only thing good in this place is the view. It’s OVERPRICED!!!! Bed is very hard impossible to sleep, air con is not strong enough, bathroom is dirty, shower doesn’t work properly, very noisy. Really guys, do not spend your money there. There are many other good places charging the same price.

Room are really in a bad condition. It smell bad, the bed are hard as rock. Beautiful view but the hotel is not in a good condition.

If you wanna enjoy quiet environment and sunset together with the sea,this place is perfect for you. But location of the hotel is so far from the centre that everytime walking 15 mins will be hassle for everybody. Although the owner is a super friendly lady and they have luggage assistance and luggage storage service(In case of early check out)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
