This hotel was one of the most perfect places we have stayed. Only made better by Tony, who assisted us daily with everything from dinner reservations to recommendations for local trips. The suite was spotless, cool and comfortable. A perfect accommodation in a terrific location.

Love everything about this place except beds are a little hard for my taste. People that work the desk are super cool and friendly. Rooms have very cool style. Has a huge community kitchen. Next stay I'm bringing food to prepare. I will stay here again.

I got the dates mixed up, but the hotel went to meet me. it would seem that I'm only coming for 1 night, but the hotel staff were kind and did the job well! there are kitchen, so you can cook anything. if u wanna get message, then you can get it, cause it’s like 4-6 massages on sam street. 4-5 cafes, also 55 unit is good

This was our comfortable place to rest while on Phuket. Coming back to a fresh smelling cool room after a long day in the heat and humidity feels like heaven. Our room was very wide with the most enormous bed I’ve ever seen. And comfortable too. Wi-Fi was fast and stable and room had everything necessary. We only missed a soap and a hand towel tough. The owners are hospitable and friendly and the housekeeper is a delicate and diligent lady. The location is perfect - close to countless businesses, in between two bus stops and close to Kata beach. It’s also quiet at night. The only downside was some noise in the morning after 9 AM - doors slamming, drilling, sawing, etc. but I don’t think it’s limited to this hotel. We saw people doing construction works every few hundred meters - Phuket is a lively island and so is Kata.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
