Really good place to stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Water heater, AC, kettle - everything works properly. There is a Coway water dispenser, free beverages, and common space in the lobby. The stuff is very hospitable and welcoming. I would like to have a fridge in a room or even common one in a lobby during my stay, but it's not critical. And one small cons is a pillow, which was a bit bumpy. Overall - totally recommend!

Stayed there on the 5th of January 2024 with my family. We took a family room that was so spacious and very comfortable. The hotel staff were also very friendly and very cooperative. Very pleasant. And the location also was not too far from the town and to places that we visited. Would highly recommend this hotel to my colleagues and other family members. Thumbs up

Disappointing coming to this hotel after having a great stay at their sister hotel in Malacca. Fair - it is a budget hotel and the prize is very good, but it just doesn’t work out if the rooms are dirty - and they were. Stains on the walls, hairs in the bed and on the floor. Front staff was very nice to help us, as we really had no wish to stay at the place after the half hearted effort to clean our room again, after we had ralked to the front desk.

This hotel was very good for the price. Bed is comfy, AC works well, free drinking water and the girl on reception is helpful. However, the pool is rather dirty and it would benefit from a small fridge in the room.

Very nice hotel, they offer additional services like renting a bike which was super convenient and hussle free and also cheaper than in town. Pool is nice and rooms clean. Great value for the super cheap price. Would stay again. :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
