I want to share my experience regarding this hotel. I booked and paid for my stay five months in advance for an upcoming fair. However, I received a cancellation notice from Booking just a day before the fair, explaining an overbooking issue, with the claim that they tried to contact me. This incident raises concerns about the hotel's management and their customer care. I recommend caution if considering this hotel. There are plenty of alternative accommodations available on Airbnb and other platforms that might offer a more reliable experience. Hope this review proves helpful.

If I could I give 0 stars. We reserved 2 rooms during a trade fair at the beginning of January, once arrived we found out that rooms were not available and they moved us to another hotel without informing us before. Now they don’t even reply to e-mail. Very bad experience.

This is not a hotel known for luxury interiors or high-end services but might be the best affordable choice if you're looking for a balance between budget and comfort. 👍🏼 Good stuff A single private room cost only €35 in August 2023, which was even cheaper than some hostels where you have roommates. Money well spent! Room equipped with desk, closet, window, TV, and AC. Building equipped with a lift. Perfect location. The tram stop is right in front of the building. 5 minutes walking distance to Frankfurt main rail station and REWE supermarket. 20 minutes walking distance to the city center or Städel Museum. Strong water pressure and proper temperature bring a comfortable shower. Towel and shower gel are provided. The hair dryer is not that kind of no-frill one requiring you to keep pressing the bottom. People with long hair shall know how important it is. There are multiple switches to control the main light in the room, which means you can turn the light on and off lying in bed. The kettle is clean inside. Most of the time (at other hotel) it was covered with limescale and I didn’t dare to use it. 👎🏼 Bad stuff The walls were not very soundproofing. Especially, my room was located next to the main entrance so it could be noisy when someone shut the front door at night. Also, the AC was loud. The neighborhood is a little bit creepy and unsafe at night, but that's the case in most major cities where there are some homeless or suspicious looking people around the main station.

I got bitten by bedbugs for the first time ever at this hotel. When I woke up in the morning, I spotted bedbugs on the bed, walls, and even in the bathroom. I didn't realize I had been their midnight snack, but by the afternoon, my body started itching like crazy, and I had bites all over. This happened on the first day of my trip, and I spent the whole journey scratching myself. But what really bummed me out was the hotel's response. I tried reaching out to them a few times, but I couldn't even get a simple apology. This place is hands down the worst accommodation I've ever experienced.

NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL. Very bad experience. My family was there to enjoy their vacation. Morning they had been out to explore the city and when they came back later in the evening the mobile was stolen from the room. There are thieves in the hotel. Even if the room is locked they will use the spare key to open the room and rob your valuables. So beware of this hotel. NO STAR.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
