This service staff has various kinds of complicated rules.I have visited here more than once and there wasn’t any rules in the beginning. but today morning we were smoking inside the room and hotel owner started to complain us for smoking in the room. previously he never complained about this and there is no any sign that we shouldn’t smoke inside the room 🤷 so how can we guess either this is a smoking or nonsmoking room? the disgusting thing is he was complaining us in the early in the morning while we are readying to leave. there is a way to talk to a guest.but he was acting like we were staying there on free basis. even though there is water shortage,no hot water most of the times and food was worst(price is similar to 5 star hotel menu but food is tastless) but we never thought to complain about any of these because as humans we understand mistakes happens. at this point we did nothing wrong but the owner is shouting us like we were staying there on free basis and like we were breaking the rules. You can complain us only if you have inform us earlier not to smoke inside the room or if there is any sign that we should do and shouldn’t do. we been thinking and treating like humans and owner shouted us early in the morning like we did the wrong. This is the worst experience we had at our vacations.

We have visited here many times & this going to be last time as well.from the beginning food was tasting like water (tasteless) and the service is very cheap,but we didn’t complaint because we can understand as humans,we kept patiently without complaining on food and services. We being very friendly and respectful to these people and as a result these people was treated us like nasty garbages and insulted for some reasons like we were acting and breaking rules. If you all have rules you should inform us. You all just spoiled our vacation!

Location is perfect. You can drive so closer. Can take public transport in nuwaraeliya - meepilipana bus (every 30min) and getting down from blackpool. A good view is there for the rooms. Rooms were very cold (may be due to its architecture.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
