Rooms were on the small side, but clean. The room we had didn't have any USB ports at all. Bed was comfortable. We could hear music half the night. The little store closes way too early. If you want bottle of soda or a snack your out of luck. No vending, nothing open, will have to get it elsewhere. The inconvenience of not being able to buy this stuff on site would probably keep me from staying here again. They also have very limited food options, but the location is great, close to other places to eat.

As someone who only stays at decent places. The venetian, ceasers palace ( octavius tower) etc. I am surprisingly in love with this place. The vibe is dark and romantic but in a good way. The room is nice and themed to match the casino. ( Not white and contemporary like other rooms). Think Paris hotel but not run down and old. The waterfall shower is great and there is a nice bench. Bed comfy and TV is modern. Lots of extra space and seating for the room sq footage. Dealers were friendly downstairs, it was lively even on a Sunday but not obnoxious and crowded. Full disclosure I am staying here on comps but I would have paid.

We just got back from a 4 night stay and this is now my favorite place to stay in Vegas. The casino is smaller, smells amazing, has a perfect location on the strip, and isn’t overly busy. I felt like we (my wife and I) could take a deep breath and relax for a minute before our next adventure every time we returned. We were upgraded from a luxury king to a suite for our first night and gladly paid the extra $75/night for the rest of our stay once we saw the huge steam shower and luxury bidet. The room was also so beautiful! My only complaint is some dust that lingered on my clothes from the closets and you could also see some on the walls. Giada was delicious and overall this smaller, “posh” hotel went above and beyond our expectations. From the staff to the smaller feel, so we weren’t walking a mile to get to our room, it was nearly a perfect place for us to stay after we dusted our clothes off before we put them on. I will definitely return and wish I didn’t have to leave.

Overall a really good location, close to lots of the main locations on the strip. Rooms are interesting, but look like they need updating, and are not the cleanest/brightest. Seemed quite common that some room types are overbooked, so you get something different. You might not notice if you’re out through the night, or if you’re visiting mid-week, but noise transfer from the clubs in the hotel can make it very difficult to sleep. All I spoke to in the hotel had some pretty bad nights sleep thanks to this. The good side is much is still awake close by, so you can easily take the opportunity to stroll over somewhere else if it takes your fancy.

I thought the room was unique and loved the shower. The location was great for what we were doing which was mostly gambling at Caesars aND The Mirage. My biggest complaint is loud vibrating base from music below till 4am each night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
