        My favourite hotel in Rome so far. We had a couple of issues with the room but they were quick to resolve the next day and helped me rebook and get a new room for a couple of additional days in short notice. The staff is very professional, competent and were responsive with my feedback. The area seems a bit unsafe during the night but we did not have any issues walking around either during the night or day. The hotel was renovated recently. The only things I would improve was the air conditioning which did not work and the issue with the sewage smell coming from the bathroom in the first room, which happened in the last night. Reading the reviews it seems it is not a new problem and known for at least an year. There was sufficient time for fixing both issues since the previous reviews. I would book again if the rates would be good and being sure it is not on the smelly room.

        Very nice hotel. I was a little bit afraid after reading some of the reviews, but at the end everything was fine. The location is great for tourists to explore the city (5 minutes from the metro). Breakfast is decent for Italy. The staff is kind. The room is comfortable and really clean. To conclude, I think it's the best value for money hotel in Rome for tourism!

        Really enjoyed the stay. We booked the top floor exclusive room as it was a special occasion. So nice to have the large roof terrace to escape the hustle and bustle of Rome. For such an 'exclusive' room it lacked basic tea/coffee making facilities - which I was aware of from previous reviews so I came prepared and the hotel was more than happy to provide a kettle in the room for duration of our stay. Nice to be able to relax on the private terrace with a cuppa in the morning. Short walk to Manzoni metro.

        Very nice hotel. I was a little bit afraid after reading some of the reviews, but at the end everything was fine.         We stayed in this hotel having booked in through agency, so we knew nothing about it and practically expected nothing fabolous. We were very surprised though! Everything was super nice, the rooms were impossibly cleaned and tidied up each morning. I have never been in a 3 or 4 star hotel that changes towels almost every morning and that deep cleans the bathroom every morning. The staff were super nice and polite as well. One thing that need to be worked on is the sound isolation, we from our room could hear everything happening in the doorway.

        We found the hotel staff very good especially the room cleaners and the person running the outside bar/restaurant area. It may have been a language problem but the staff at reception weren't quite so friendly. Our room was a good size and spotlessly clean, fresh towels and bedding every day. Breakfast was self service with an excellent choice of meats, cheeses, jams, bread, rolls, pastries etc and my favourite, a pancake machine!!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
