It pains me to write a negative review about this hotel because the staff were all nice, the bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. However, I was disappointed the TV only had one working channel and that channel only played commercials. Also, the water in the shower always took at least five minutes to warm up, and one day I found a roach crawling on my floor. However, my biggest complaint is that the hotel conceirge referred me to a tour company that ripped me off. I ended up paying $400 USD more than the going rate for a one night trip to the Maasai Mara National Reserve. The tour company is called Danjec Cab and Tours run by a husband and wife whose names are Duncan and Jacintah. My entire trip to Kenya was soured by that experience.

I only reached as far as the lobby and could peep into the dining area. It is clean and neat with friendly staff. I had a meeting with a guest at the hotel and we went to a coffee shop across the street in Soin Arcade.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
