My family and I had Christmas dinner at The Crown and we absolutely loved it! The communication in advance and the service and food on the day were impeccable. There were nine of us including two kids, and we had a dog with us too. The Crown accommodated all are needs and even organised a private room. Due to illness in the family two of our party had to cancel only two days prior. The staff were very understanding and they generously waived any fee for our two absentees. They also offered us a free bottle of Prosecco following a very minor mix up and delay with one of the mains. Customer service at its finest. They food was delicious and the venue is beautiful. It was good value for money and I would highly recommend to anyone considering spending Christmas at The Crown. Thanks to Isabela and everyone who looked after us on the day!

Went for an evening meal. Our first time at the Crown. Fair choice of dishes. We had Chicken Milanese and a burger. Both were fine and we liked the chips. The chicken was perhaps a little over cooked as was the accompanying fried egg. We had beer but their choice was very limited with no draft beer on offer. The outdoor seating in the rear yard was fairly full and there was a big party at the end. The service was ok if a little slow.

Staff are lovely BUT it’s 10:15 on Saturday and they’ve just called last orders…. Honestly?? Bar is full … vibe is lovely! And it’s opposite the George IV which has a band on and is rocking Get a grip if you want local business….

Delicious dinner on a wintery Monday night. The scallops were cooked just right & we shared the caramelised pear, endive & blue cheese salad. Burgers were a good size and well prepared.

We stopped here for lunch and they had one server. It was her first day, She was very sweet. Unfortunately her only support was only available by phone and they were not answering. She took very good care of us, but I was unimpressed with management, turning her loose on the first day with no support.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
