Best resort in pokhra.. very secenric view from rooms.. breakfast was very good, staff are very courteous, room are neat and clean.. we stay this resort for 3days we loved it .

Great place but rooms are not up to the mark. Service was good and the staff was very friendly. The intern from Biratnagar was very sweet and she was giving her best.

Very attractive and natural view near by phewa lake. Rooms are very clean staff nice food also good. Over all we would recommend the people to stay here.

Good staffs so 2 stars are given. Further, 1. Location is in between lakeside and Pame so you don’t have good place for foodings. 2. Lake view from Super Deluxe rooms but is far, Dharane Sekuwa almost covers the beauty. 3. Dirty swimming pool, will post photos too and is very small without any variation in height. Oh yes, guard takes the key, I had to wait for around 45mnts in swimming costumes as the gate to pool was closed. 4. Very small rooms so it does not feel like resort, When I go to resort, I expect, Saving kit, dental kit, and ample tea bags. 5. Compared to the service, location, and others price is almost higher by 30%. 6. Breakfast was just okay. 7. TV does not support any other services like youtube, netflix, just live programming only. 8. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR STAY WITH KIDS as the rooms are very small and bed is made by joining two small beds which makes very difficult if you sleep in middle. 9. However the garden along with bar looks impressive.

Morning View is nice and the area around is peaceful. The staff is very courteous and soft spoken. Rooms are cozy, breakfast was complimentary and basic. The pool was very small.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
