Best Hotel I’ve stayed in Thailand period. I’ve been travelling for 3 weeks already and staying only at 5 stars hotels and resorts in Thailand. U Samui is by far the best hospitality service that me and my wife have received. The food was amazing, the staff extremely helpful, the pool is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a good sunbath and some drinks. We would like to say thanks to all staff at U Samui from the management to the reception, kitchen etc. The hotel is perfect for couples because not too many kids around. Eric and Angie

A really great, modern and clean hotel, quite close to the Koh Samui airport. We had a deluxe sea view room, that was overlooking the pool and the sea, with a really nice balcony. The room was equipped with everything one may need: coffee machine, water boiler, bathrobes, safe, cloth hangers, toilet supplies, pool towels, flip-flops, etc. Everything is incredibly clean. The breakfast was great, with a great selection of food, including fresh fruits and veggies, pastries, vegeratian dishes, etc. The vibe is quite chill and all the guests were nice, too. We also liked the staff members - sometimes they found it difficult to understand us, but despite that, everyone was polite and helpful. The hotel is located directly across a supermarket, motor bike rental, restaurants, and street food stalls. The garden is beautifully maintained, with huge palm trees, bushes and stunning orchids growing on tree trunks. The only drawback was that all the planes landing and taking off the island fly directly above the hotel, from around 7:00 AM until 10:00 PM. It’s a bit noisy, but it didn’t bother us. All in all, a wonderful stay and we’d gladly come back.

Incredible hotel! It was great to wake up to such great view. The staff were nice and kind and always available. We had a room with private pool and the only downside is that other guests are able to access the part in front of the pool so there is lack of privacy.
