We stayed here for three nights in a two bedroom self service apartment. positives- Beautiful apartment. Beds are really comfortable, Housekeeping was great, location was good, easy to find. Clean, Good views and value for money Negatives- constant power cuts! front desk staff unhelpful and rude. Hot water was not consistent, it would ran cold a lot. took two days to fix the bath and the hot water (The hot water still didn’t work) Food was average. Took ages.

Staff were rude at the front desk. There were on their cellphones whilst talking to us. They had no idea what room they allocated us. They had no idea of tourist attractions or activities within the vicinity. Unbelibeably lazy. Security guards were awesome to deal with. Facilities are average. Price charged for the rooms not worth it. No air conditioning. Bed sheets not changed. Rooms not vacuumed. Tv was not working. Roof top bar has good views but food average

Hi Annie, Happy New Year and trust your year has started on a good note. We have since returned to our base safely. We are writing this feedback to thank you and by extension the Team at TSG for providing us with an amazing service during our stay at your facilities in December and part of January. Initially when we first arrived we had a few challenges but this were quickly addressed when we relayed the same to you. Most importantly we really appreciate that when we raised those challenges ,you took it upon yourself to not only pass the same to the relevant authorities, but equally came back with practical solutions that resolves all the issues that were raised. We must at this early stage express our sincere gratitude for the Amazing and Professional Services you and the team at TSG provided to our entire family. Your facilities were modern, comfortable and in most cases very well maintained. The staff at your various sites and especially The Curve by the park and the Kilimani Apartments were truly amazing .It did not also pass our attention that when we requested extension of our stay at very short notice you organised us prompt accommodation at no additional cost, your staff also arranged for us flexible checkout times at no additional cost. For all the above, and for going beyond the call of duty ,we wish to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation and assure you that TSG will be our Accommodation of choice in our next visit. In addition we have provided references to a number of our friends to try out your facilities. My experience at The Curve by the Park was very unpleasant. The combination of poor customer service, a distinct lack of communication among the staff, and the unclean and poorly maintained condition of the rooms made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I expected better quality and service considering the price I paid for the accommodation. I would not recommend The Curve to anyone seeking a pleasant and hygienic stay.

Location was great. Around the corner from the safari park. You have a supermarket and other shops about 10 mins walk away. The hotel itself is very modern and very large. Plenty of space for the 4 of us with 3 toilets including 2 en suites.. Pool was cold but surrounding areas was nice. We got there 11pm but luckily the restaurant is open 24 hours a day.. just remember it takes about 45 mins for the food to come. We done a half day safari and even though the tour company forgot to pick us up, the reception staff rang around at 5.30am to get us a driver. The staff are so attentive and they bend over backwards to help you out... I highly recommend Curve by the park. They also have a restaurant on the 15th floor!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
