        The stay was beautiful! The Dana is located (ideally) not too far from the airport and has a private beach. The views at sunset are stunning. Our goal was to relax, rest and spa, it delivered! The hotel has internal courtyard so all rooms face outwards. The beach was clean and private. The sunset is gorgeous. The staff including the intern were the sweetest, gracious and friendly. The welcome shoulder massage was a nice touch (however maybe not in the open lounge?). The food was yummy, both local and international (although i would recommend indulging in the local fare). There are too many dishes we liked. The breakfast options especially locally baked goods, sweet and savoury, were easily a favourite. The Spa was great, really relaxing and addressed concerns. The only issue I faced was seasonal, when it rained heavily, it was hard to get from one floor to another without getting wet and walking on slippery tiles (from the Spa to our room :D ).

        Service deserves a solid 5 stars – everyone was incredibly nice and kind. Even during sunbathing, they brought fruits and water, offering to clean glasses. Room service was excellent, making it a perfect spot for a quiet break. The hotel also provides car rental for getting around. However, we didn't have time to mention that our room had a strange noise from the balcony at night, which was quite annoying. We suspected it could come fro the wind hit the hotel door structure as the building was a really old may need a bit of maintenance.

        I had an unforgettable stay at this incredible hotel! The service was beyond exceptional. They surprised me by celebrating my birthday even though I hadn't mentioned it. They really are unique and stand out from the rest : A la Carte breakfast, stunning facilities and the best hospitality I’ve encountered.

        We spend Christmas with our family and had a villa and a room. The room was nice, but the villa was definitely worth the splurge !! But the best part of the Danna is undoubtedly the staff. So kind, you feel like home away from home, feels personal yet super professional, never seen before !

        Rooms are tidy, loved the bathroom area, nice and big. Bed is huge and comfortable with great big pillows, only hope sometime in the future they would upgrade the TV to a more stream friendly one. Staff honestly, chapeau bas! They were all so friendly and nice, very helpful. The waiters by the pool and the restaurants did great! Specially breakfast buffet. Food is decent they have a lot of options, better than any other place we tried outside. My wife loved the signature malaysian milk tea. Pool was great too
