It seems to be a spot for touristy photographers and at nights it has a great bar with good looking people and expensive drinks. The hotel itself is not the freshest, but it has a good standard of cleanliness. Price value is good, especially when you book in advance. For some additional Baht there is even upgrade options to the suite, which has a jacuzzi in the middle of the room. The windows are thin, but clean, AC is working fine and the safe is working. Fridge contains free refill beverages every day. The pool could have a better view and maintenance, but a cold beer in the water compensates for everything.

The room was quite spacious. Bathroom was nice and big with a huge tub. Water pressure was great. Location is a little tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Front end Staff were not the friendliest unfortunately.

One star is even too much. Please avoid this hotel with all your powers. Can for late check in (around 1 am) , the put me and my family with a 2 years and 5 months baby in a suite for smokers. At the beginning the smell was not strong, I called anyway and ask to be changed room next day. Unfortunately after few hours (when the deodorant they previously put disappeared) the smell became unbearable. The morning after was effected because we had to change room (they put us there because they were fully booked). I asked for the refund of the first night but the manager denied that. Hotel is super old, dark and depressing, breakfast the worst experience in a hotel I ever had. Staffs gentle but manager always trying to escaping and leaving the staffs in embarrassing situations with guests. She should simply get fired.

Location is great. Rooms beautiful. But service is very poor. I waited for 3 days for cleaning the room. After continuous request. I stayed in 2017 that time service was excellent and breakfast was great but thus time breakfast is worst. They don't give you boiled eggs and tea. Even in rooms they don't provide tea bags. I had to ask restaurant manager for tea bags everyday. On the whole I am not happy

I booked a room for my guest visitting Bangkok, somehow the staff was very rude since the first day asking for both my guest passport and my id as booker. I do understand tho but she was saying such thing like ‘you know even u paid I can return your money and cancel your booking’??? Is this a mafia kind of mind set hotel or what? Why do u need to threaten your customer just to feel powerful? Very pathetic and staff in the morning also very unhelpful with booking taxi for my friend. I’ll never stay here again or recommend anyone…

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
