I am not sure why this place renders anything more than 2, there is a kitchenette but 0 utensils, no cups, no plates, no pots and pans - so effectively the kitchenette is just for show. Place is filthy when we checked in, a thick layer of dust sits on the window sils. Not exactly cheap either, top up 200k and you’d get Citadines around the corner which is much more comfortable and clean.

At only $50 per night, I got what I paid for. I stayed here for three nights for business. The Room: The room is spacious and clean. There's a stove and a fridge which weren't of use to me. The bathroom again is surprisingly big with both rainshower and handheld combo available. Basic amenities are provided: shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and bottled water. The Service: Patchy. The check-in process was fuss free. But on my first night, I requested a hairdryer but was told all of their hairdryers were being used. They'd promised to deliver it to my room the next day. It didn't happen although I again asked for it. My room was cleaned after the first night, but it didn't happen after the second night; both times, I'd asked my room to be cleaned. I have no idea why. The location: The landmark point is Tokopedia Tower or Ciputra World. You have to walk about 7 minutes along an alley to get to the hotel. All of the days, I walked back after 9 p.m., and the alley was decently litted, and I did not feel unsafe; no dodgy characters spotted at least. A taxi driver got lost trying to pick me up room the hotel once as the pick-up point wasn't the most obvious.

Nice place, clean room & bed, all staff was very nice! This is new, like hidden gem, no unwanted noise from main road, perfect for you that need calmness and just relax! Maybe just one thing that need to be a consederation when booking, the way to the bulding from main road is a bit far and though narrow road. If you have no problem with that, the day residence is a good place! They have smart tv & mini kitchen too in every room, you can request utensils to receptionist. Nice pool & cafe too!

It was in the perfect location but in a small weird alley. Walking distance to MRT Station, Kuningan City, and Lotte Avenue. The staff was quite friendly. There were a couple of things that I didn't like during my stay. The receptionist seems lazy and always says no or can't do all you request. One day I was doing my laundry, I paid IDR 50.000 for one time, and the staff assisted me how with using the washing machine (need to use a special card); the team asked me to call him again when the washing machine finished because I need put my laundry to the dryer. 20 mins after, I called the receptionist she said the the dryer machine was fully occupied you can dry it tommorow (off course I can't dry my laundry the next day, otherwise all my clothes would stink) I said no, I need to do it now. I went to the lobby ask them to help me with the card, when I arrived at the laundry room 4 of the dryer were empty. Then, I called the receiptionist again to borrow a bowl. They said at the moment the bowl were run out, I asked them the next 2 days, they said they will send it immediately to the room, and the bowl never arriving untill I check out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
