        I've stayed three nights there. It's a no-go... The rooms are very different than they look on the photos, mine had a twin bed which has nothing to do with the pictures. It wasn't expensive so I had no great expectations, but it was worse. Throughout the whole three days you could hear a constant beeping, day and night (this was room 203), it was loud enough to affect sleep. And the coffee was terrible. And my colleague had to pay a deposit of 50€ which I didn't have and I don't understand why (they were different receptionists) Plus, for all the three days I hanged the 'Do not disturb' sign so they shouldn't have come into the room. They must have enterrd, because when I left they knew I had drank two water bottles. So they entered the room although there was a sign for them not to enter. The second star is because of the location (bad area but it's on the limit so you can arrive safely through the Mainzer Landstrasse); And because the man at the reception, I think he is Greek, was super nice.

        Worst service experience ever !! Stay away, there is fraudulent activity going on in this hotel. Maybe it's just this particular personal. Contacted the police aswell. The man stormed my room and insisted i leave without any reason. He refused to refund neither the deposition nor the amount paid for my stay. So i called the police and they insisted that he refund my money and since the booking was done via Airbnb, I have to wait for 15days to get my money back.. Stay Away !!!!!!

There are no free parking nearby, when asked the administrator what she could advise, she gave the address of the parking where, as she said, the parking was 21€ (IN REALITY FOR 24 HOURS WE PAID 40). There is an old dirty carpet in the room, the light in the bathroom that you need to wait 3 minutes after turning on, there is a TV BUT there are no channels and the Internet on it, then what is the point is not clear.         Good neat hotel, quick check-in, gentleman on the front desk was pleasing and friendly. Room is compact but very neat and organized. Bathroom is clean, not smelly. Price is a bit high due to weekend I guess. Calm and quiet surrounding. Recommended.

        PRICE IS HIGH FOR WHAT YOU GET, LOCATION REALLY NOT GOOD AND NO AIR CONDITIONNER ! SINCERELY BE CAREFUL Every month, i come to Frankfurt for work and it's the first time in my life, i have such an awful experience. When i get into the room i discover that there is no air conditionner so 35 degree in the room !!!! il let you imagine the night and you can't open the window because the noise is so loud with the ambulance activity because you are at the begenning of the drug quarter. You add the mini bar who is spreading a lot of heat... The faucet is leaking, and insulation between rooms are bad. I try to talk to the reception before going to sleep and she say "put the fan" (it's a small one... and not a real solution for 3 nights). This morning i ask kindly if i can cancel but they say no so THEY ONLY THINK ABOUT MONEY... So i left, for the Holiday Inn and i loose the money.
