A fun and energetic hotel to stay if you're up for a night out or staying post-game or concert at the nearby arenas. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely appointed with understated and earthy elegance. The Jr. King Suite we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Elite Bonvoy members are well recognized and can enjoy a complimentary breakfast. Business travelers or those seeking a quiet night in should be aware this is not a quiet hotel; D6 Lounge located in the lobby is NOT affiliated to the hotel ownership. They have limited control over noise-levels which can be high until around 11:30pm. Beyond that, our rooms seems to suffer from ambient noises like others have reported. Walls seem thin and there are mysterious clanging and metallic sounds throughout the night.

I am super picky with hotels, and this being not a full five star hotel, I came with low expectations. What a pleasant surprise! Best service I have received in a long time - from the front desk, in-room dining, to someone who came to deliver slippers, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Comfy mattress was another plus. The funniest thing was when my daughter walked right into the glass between the room and the shower and banged her forehead because the glass was so clean that it looked nonexistent! Smaller rooms and no mini bars were some minuses but I would take these minuses any day over other more expensive, more snobby and dirtier hotels.

By far the most amazing experience I’ve ever had in a Hotel. If you know someone very important to treat them to something like this, go for it. It’s worth every penny. The stay was literally inspiring for me and rejuvenated all the reasons I do what I do for a living. it’s hard to explain. But I would not skip over this hotel. I will stay here whenever I can.

Excellent, well managed hotel. The room was extremely clean and quiet. The bed and pillows are very nice, sheets thick and high quality. They have the best setup for ice in any hotel I've ever stayed in - next to the elevators there is a room with freezers with small packs of ice. Very clean and easy to pick up and bring to room. In room Yeti cooler kept my booze and water ice cold! Good selection of Canadian and US channels on the TV and easy to use netflix and youtube on the TV. Very convenient location can walk anywhere, liquor store, grocery, many restaurants all nearby. I primarily came to play in the casino. It's not Vegas, but I had a very nice time.

Excellent hotel. The design elements were perfectly appointed giving this hotel a luxurious yet modern feel. There was a great balance of metals, concrete, and warm leather elements. Not quite all the way to hipster style but a good cool vibe. The service was excellent, starting with Eis up at the front desk. I was very impressed by the hotel. The balance of high end design elements but not having a stuffy, uncomfortable feel was key. I really felt that this hotel brand was perfect for couples on holiday or professionals for work. I would definitely recommend in Vancouver.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
