The rooms are ok. There are small details I find they should work on in order to match the quality with the price. For example; we were 4 people and they put only 1 set of cosmetics in the room, only 3 big towels instead of 4, and only 2 small towel instead of 4. After my request however, they did apologise and brought us more towels. I did request an adapter for the electricity in advance and they confirmed they will provide it, but wasn't provided in the room. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional.

The hotel is perfectly placed, the staff at the reception is so helpful, especially Asma who welcomed us perfectly and made our stay relaxing and pleasant. She's so nice. And Gobinda from the cleaning service always do his best to help us and the cleaning is on point. Always with the smile. I would recommend this hotel for the staff and the place.

Despite being cheap, there are certain things that nevertheless should be up to a standard. Firstly, the smell of the cleaning products they use is too intense (to cover up the mould). Rooms have no ventilation neither does the living room. Bathroom has mould, walls need repainting, rooms have old carpets More importantly, we found some rubbish in the corner of the room - on purpose we did not report it , just to see if the cleaners would clean them - but unfortunately they were left there until check out!!!

The most important advantage of the hotel is its location. To the free beach without sunbeds 15 min walk, to the paid beach with sunbeds 25 min. Or by taxi for 12 dirhams. Nearby in 2 min walk supermarket Lulu where there is everything. Breakfast at the hotel is not bad. For your money, the hotel is very good. They are cleaned every day. We had a Grobinda guy cleaning, clean and good. Thanks to him separately.
