        This hotel was booked by a travel agent. Which asks for 2000 baht Security deposit during check-in, in the name of hotel policy. Luggage is self carried. It is nearby for street shopping Market. Rooms are quite old. No hot water for making coffee. When we called reception for additional water bottle they said it will be 30baht and you have to get it from reception. And you call this housekeeping?.Hotel staff was not welcoming. So many hotel policies felt like we were in a jail rather than a hotel. If you are for vacation it is not recommended to book this hotel.

        Visiting a friend who stayed here and had breakfast. Very much Indian style and that's good because my friend is from Nepal. But or farang? Not their (my) style. No bacon, mostly spicy curried food.but pleasant staff and clean.

        Great location. But that's where everything stops. Worst breakfast ever. You may get the worst fruit juices ever possible for breakfast. Absolutely none of what is served is palatable. Rooms are quite old. They still have physical keys for all the rooms. In 2023! Yup, that cheap!

        This hotel was booked by a travel agent. Which asks for 2000 baht Security deposit during check-in, in the name of hotel policy. Luggage is self carried. It is nearby for street shopping Market. Rooms are quite old. No hot water for making coffee.         The hotel was booked for us through a travel agent. The first hotel we have come across which charged security deposit of 2000 Bhat per room, in the name of company policy. The receptionists were not rude but were not welcoming either. The luggage needs to be self carried to the rooms. The only factor which contributes to the successful running of hotel is the location. It's centrally located with many good Indian restaurants nearby.

        A man (Receptionist) showing in below image is very rude and disrespectful. He is very disgusting with his attitude and not cooperative with a customers. This man give first preference to money only and asking for money for everything Overall service is not so good, room washroom was not clean. I gave only 1 star rating to this Hotel. Worst breakfast ever. You may get the worst fruit juices ever possible for breakfast. Absolutely none of what is served is palatable. Rooms are quite old.           Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
