I stayed at The Artist’s Editory for two nights for work. I wish all hotels could deliver the level of service that they do. The staff they have working there are brilliant. I arrived having lost my wallet and they were calm, efficient and did all they could to help me. The restaurant is wonderful. It is run by a mix of trained and trainee chefs and service staff. As a result, you get food and service from young people who want to do their best, and boy do they do their best. The concept is simple: 5 or 7 courses and you simply don’t know what you will be served. The dishes are imaginative, beautifully presented and served and taste great. I’m not going to fault this hotel, because if you want to stay somewhere where everyone genuinely cares that you’re looked after (and I mean everyone from the managers to the cleaning staff), then stay here.

Given the hotel 5 stars.. mainly down to few things with constructive feedback in small issues.. The staff here cannot do enough.!!. Andre, Sonya. and guy who ran out in rain get us mayonnaise.. rooms large comfortable clean.. beds pillows fabulous.. location spot on.. quiet but accessible. However found reception decor gloomy and unwelcoming.. no shelves for cosmetics in bathroom and limited menu in garden room ( used for snacks etc linked to hotel).. but overall still great x

The hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were beautiful and decorated with some cool art pieces. The service was impeccable, everyone was so friendly and helpful! We were greeted each time with port and a Portuguese tart! Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and will be coming back asap! Thank you :)

Fast service: 5/5 Friendly service: 5/5 Room standard: 4/5 Location: 4/5 I would come back to experience the friendly atmosphere again. The service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt well taken care of with our hosts anticipating our needs. The hotel is nice and modern, and rooms equipped with everything you need. The hotel has a parking, 20 euros a day.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
