Quality hotel, quality staff, maybe 4*, I would take a more modest and more central hotel. at lower costs. Air conditioners in the room are bad. No explanation how dining room works. Abundance only in appearance. A large team but a lot of chaos prevails. I would have taken another hotel...if I had known. A swimming pool that is advertised to be a tub, maybe to put fish in it is good. ..we was happy to leave!!!...

Perfect location. Wonderful hotel. Staff so so helpful. Great rooms, incredible showers. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto. Central location is a huge factor and a really lovely hotel.

Great hotel in heart of Porto. It is conveniently located next to the Aliados metro. There are many restaurants and bars to walk to. The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The only reason for 4 stars is that I found the beds and pillows to be very uncomfortable. The pillows were cheap and flimsy.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff is kind and attentive, rooms are immaculate, and location is perfect. Also very reasonably priced! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Room was awesome. Great bathroom, comfy bed. Really quirky. Think "the Grand Budapest Hotel". Staff were great. Breakfast was good. Stay here!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
