I was moved here after a mishap with AirBnB. I was in room 102 which was spacious, had a walk-in shower, as well as a full size tub with a curtained window looking out into the bed area. The balcony had a nice little table, and also led straight out to the pool. Also, every outlet is outfitted with a converter which is so beneficial to travelers from other countries! The staff greeted me with a drink and some local fruit before taking me to my room. Everyone was great. I enjoyed their tea time between 3 and 5pm. They also brought me flower petals that I requested for my bath. The hotel is very beautifully decorated. It was nice to come back to after a long day exploring the temples. The staff was very gracious and always eager to help me with whatever I needed. I will absolutely book them again should I find myself in the area again!

rented the villa for 4 nights. very spacious and clean. there's a pool shared with just one other villa. we were allowed to have massage at the villa itself so it's a very private experience. the restaurant served amazing dishes, so we found ourselves back there a couple of times

Very pretty hotel with a great pool, nice rooms and good breakfast. Good Starting piont for trips to the city and Angkor. They even have their own TukTuks. But the best part by far is the staff! Always ready to help and every one from the reception to the management to the drivers was just so kind and lovely. We were on our honeymoon and they decorated our room beautifully und even brought us a cake. We would have loved to spend more time here and it was the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to southeast asia.

We loved our stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful and very friendly and warm hearted. We felt very welcome and they organized everything perfectly around our stay (guide for Angkor Wat and transport from and to the airport). The rooms feature everything you need and the location is perfect to explore the city and Angkor Wat. Highly recommended to stay here!

We stayed four nights at The Elephant. The rooms were spacious and clean, there was a lovely pool where we beat the heat in the afternoon and the restaurant served tasty dishes including complimentary afternoon tea everyday. The location is convenient and there are Tuktuk drivers on standby throughout the day to help you get around town. We did a sunset ‘Big Tour’ and sunrise ‘Small Tour’ of Angkor Wat with one of the drivers, Mr Taing, and we were very happy with the experience. Overall the staff were exceptional - friendly and attentive. The price we paid for our stay was very reasonable. I would highly recommend The Elephant to family and friends travelling to Siem Reap.
