I recently checked out from the hotel, and the only word to describe my experience is 'above and beyond.' I can't even bring up one bad thing about this place. Now, let's talk about the good things. Firstly, the location was prime; it was a 20-minute drive to any major destinations like the design district or Miami Beach. Also, there are tons of good restaurants around the hotel within walking distance. Secondly, the room was spacious and clean. Additionally, housekeeping is abundant around the clock and would be more than happy to assist you. Lastly, the most impressive feature of this hotel to me is that every staff member is the best person I have ever met since arriving here in the States. I have been to over 8 hotels, and none of them can compare to this place. The Elser deserves a tier of its own. The staff here always gives out positive energy towards their guests and is more than willing to help you with any of your requests. In conclusion, The Elser is one of the best places I have stayed, and it would be one of my favorite places to revisit and cherish in my memories.

This is the perfect place to stay while you wait to get on a cruise! The rooms were beautiful and the amenities (pool area and fitness center) were even nicer! The location is great if you want to he down by the hustle and bustle of the Bayside shops and restaurants too. The staff were also noticeably friendly and accommodating. The only complaint is the really really strong cologne smell in the lobby and hallways. It was way over the top and gave us a headache. Overall, super nice and we’d stay here again!

Fabulous! Stayed there after our cruise and it was an amazing! The pool is great and so is the view. Highly recommend! We got early check in for additional fee and the staff had our room ready at 9.30AM! Was able to use all the amenities for longer and it was a phenomenal experience! Amazing and friendly staff! Will definitely be staying here again !

Horrible experience and I’m writing this to help others not to go through what happened to us. We book a 3 bedroom with two king beds and one queen 7 months prior. Upon check in many oriole were complaining for varied issues. Our problem was that the beds were not king size. When we went to the front desk the young lady continued to say it was what we booked. When the manager arrived the best he can do was to allow a $500 credit. That was nice but not what we wanted. The place also smells like mildew. We came here to celebrate new years 2024 and to have a good time. Next time I will book at a 5 star hotel like I usually have done in the past. I’m forced now to stay here because everything in the area is already booked. I do jot recommend this place at all. Stay Away

This was our first time staying here at the Elser, and our experience was delightful. We loved the pool deck and Jacuzzi, the playlist was phenomenal, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also worked out at their gym, which was 2 floors and really nice. Our concierge, Fernando, was super helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to do, that definitely helped us out. Housekeeping did a great job as well. We had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The only thing I would note is that the food and drinks available on the pool deck were pretty expensive, but this is Miami, so I'd recommend that you have breakfast or lunch at other places close to the hotel. I'm sharing a couple of photos of the pool deck and the view from it. We would definitely recommend the Elser and plan to come back soon!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
