        Our stay here has been great. We had a complaint as we arrived about the room but the administration resolved the issue immediately and to the highest degree. They also sent a tray of sweets as a kind gesture. The breakfast is good, but don’t expect variety day-to-day as it is mainly geared towards fuelling your day and not a gourmet breakfast. The buffet has fresh eggs, quiches, cheeses and cold cuts; great coffee - everything is fresh and delicious. The whole place is clean, well designed and pleasant to stay in. Highly recommended!

        What a beautiful hotel! Love their decor: modern but traditional Portuguese touch. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Cute cart had a bunch of chocolates and candies, and our room had a complimentary plate of fruits and pastries. We got two rooms. Family suite was amazing! We had a nice view of the water and buildings from few different balconies. Bathroom was so modern and functional. Bedding was so luxurious and comfortable. Seating room had a coffee station and nice couch. All the details were so charming. Another room (regular room), we had a plumbing issue, so the shower leaked. Water pressure of the shower was so strong (which is great) the linear shower drain couldn’t handle the water flow. I used all the towels to wipe puddles of water at 1 am, and the front staff came up with new towels and helped right away. Loved their spread of breakfast! Not only it looked beautiful, everything tasted great. From coffee to pastries to fresh fruits and hot food, we were impressed! Location is not what I expected. You can walk to neighborhood restaurants, museum (across street) and mini markets. We walked around where the locals lived. We rented the car and it was not easy to park and feed the meters. However, we loved this hotel! My husband’s favorite hotel and breakfast in entire Portugal trip. If you don’t have a car, this is a great hotel to stay in Lisbon.

However, it is with great pleasure that I share how the management team, led by an exceptional manager, turned our stay into a memorable and positive experience. Upon arrival, we encountered some challenges that dampened our spirits, including issues with our reservation and a less-than-ideal room assignment. Frustrated and disheartened, we approached the manager, who not only listened attentively to our concerns but also took immediate and decisive action to rectify the situation. To our surprise and delight, the manager not only upgraded our accommodations but went above and beyond by extending our stay at no additional cost. This unexpected generosity provided much-needed relief as my family and I were grappling with airline-related problems that had significantly disrupted our travel plans. The kindness and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff, under the thoughtful leadership of the manager, transformed our stay into a truly exceptional experience. The extra mile they went to ensure our comfort and satisfaction did not go unnoticed.         Recently stayed at a delightful hotel in Lisbon and it was an absolute gem. The charm and style of the place immediately struck me – every corner was thoughtfully designed and radiated comfort. What truly set this hotel apart was its staff; they were incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Their warmth and kindness added a special touch to my experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, making it easy to explore the vibrant city. The interior was nothing short of beautiful, creating a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lisbon!

        Had a satisfying, but brief, weekday stay here in mid-December. I received an upgrade to a nice room with period decor that exuded sophistication and elegance. The tonal cream palette and copious use of moldings was very pleasing to my sense of taste. The attached outdoor terrace was private and almost as large as the room itself. A nice way to spend a warm summer's eve. The room was pristine and perfectly maintained. I did find the two buttons that operated the rain shower and wand a bit tricky to turn off, though. I couldn't partake in breakfast due to an early flight, but dinner was a bit of a disappointment. Everything but the main course was very good. I found the sirloin steak somewhat tough and definitely not prepared rare as I had requested. That said, staff proactively took the largely untouched course off the tab, which was a nice gesture. Staff were uniformly warm, pleasant and solicitous. I would not hesitate to return, but would perhaps be a bit more judicious in my selections should I decide to dine in house.
