Hotel is new, quiet and have great view. Good room size for Hong Kong standard and mostly clean. The room door was very lose as it most likely due to wear and tear. A bit far for a senior to walk to Hennessy Rd were the shopping and dinning are located.

I traveled from the USA to HK for a short stay business trip. This hotel is absolutely amazing not only because of the convenience location the central wan chai but also the professional services from the front desk, laundry and room services. I arrived at the hotel at the mi-night with my baggage delayed at Inchon airport. All of my work attires and shoes are in the missing baggage. However, I have back to back business meetings on the next day from the morning . The front desk/ room manager Sunny learned the circumstances and offered me a set of hotel uniforms for the meetings. It saved my life. Sunny did not accept my tips, which I think he worth it. More than that the staffs are also very patient when guests asking for helps, for example map to some where. Other front staffs helped me to liaised with the HK airport baggage list and found. With their helps, I got the baggage delivered to my room in 36 hrs. All the stuffs are polite and very helpful. Most of them speak very good English. This is a warm, friendly and cute hotel with strong sense of customer cares. Definitely will come back again!

For the price..quality and room size is good value for hk standards. Would stay here again. Clean and comfortable. Luxury elemis toiletries and a quick check in and check out. Location is up a hill, but not far from the main action of wan chai.

My room came with two breakfasts. Sanny at the front desk apparently cant read English and denied my reservation which is right in front of me. I spent an hour trying to chase my credit card and cancel the room or give me the breakfast that I paid for. Sanny really needs to be trained. Why argue over 5hkd for coffee when the room is like 1400 hkd during a show. Super stupid management.

All the staff are super friendly and helpful. Location is great just opposite jockey club and shopping area. They use a very good brand toiletries. The bar on 25th floor and a very good view too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
