        The room smear small but clean. There was a hairdryer and the bed was more comfortable than my own (which is pretty comfortable. I wouldn't go as far as saying that the check-in staff were amazing but I got what I needed in good time. The location is great for underground and national rail. There is a park and basketball court in front of the hotel that my room looked over. It was busy and noisy with music etc but personally, I enjoyed watching and listening. The park was closed and locked up at around 10pm or 11pm anyway. I had a good night's sleep for a very important day. This place is not spectacular, but it certainly delivered what I needed it to, and I would use it for business purposes again.

        Great location as it is in close vicinity of public transport and restaurants. As for the hotel..... The furniture and bathroom are knackered and the bathroom has mold. The sheets had unidentifiable stains. Our room was near the entrance so we had the pleasure of constantly hearing people slamming the front door and running up and down the stairs. No breakfast due to renovation work, but this was brought to our attention on arrival, even though we had booked the room with an extra breakfast order. We got a rude reply when we commented on the fact that we had not been informed about the cancelled breakfast service. No value for money. It presents itself on the pictures as a rather clean and proper hotel, but is is rather rundown and does not give you value for money.

        Read so much negatives reviews about it but we decided to give it a shot. Trust the reviews here travelers, it is very true! The hotel could have changed the priority of the business model. It seems like a place just to churn money out of travellers because of its good location. Booking for a double room was made with Excelsior but checked into No. 41 Melville instead. We took the effort to travel down early morning just to inform concierge of room preference as i was pregnant but the surprise came in during our return in the evening that no remarks were made, hence, our only option was on the 3rd floor or the basement. Rather to lug baggages all the way up, we took the basement offer in room No. 60 but the condition of the room were horrendous. The room was not clean, towels are with sticky stuff, hair everywhere (including the bed), loose toilet seat, ceiling that drips water, bad sound proofing room (footsteps from above). Would not recommend this kind of hotel to anyone out there, why pay for lousy services and room with such conditions.

        The customer service was really friendly and helpful, Rooms looked lovely at first glance but looking deeper there were a few too many flaws - There was a crack above the Toilet door frame, extremely dusty under the bed, TV picture was terrible! it looked as if we were watching a Cartoon Strip style program and it was The Big Bang Theory, Bed sheets were very clean but ripped, 3 Lights were not working, neither was the towel heater. There was a strange switch that never turned anything on - Which i'm assuming was meant to be the vent so bathroom got very steamy, the shower door didn't close properly the grout in between tiles in bathroom were very dirty and if given a good scrub would be really nice! Shower didn't extend very high meaning tall people have to crouch when in the shower to wet neck up, There was little to no storage space and some could definitely be fitted under the be and no coat hooks on doors except inside the bathroom - meaning when we hung things up they got steamed and moist due to shower. some of the wooden blinds in the room were also broken so did not shut correctly. Check in stated that it was at 11am when booking but you can not go to your room until 2pm, and after getting a 9 hour bus to london and walking 2 hours to get to the hotel, this was rather inconvenient. you were able to leave bags which helped a lot. Writing this review made us realize just how many things were wrong with the room, but they did not affect the stay. which is a shame as hotel had a lot of potential and if these easily fixed things were done, it would have been 5 stars. Housekeeping were good, emptied bin, Bed was very comfy and sheets/pillows given were also high standard, room was always warm with an easy window to open and shut, standard sized room, hair dryer/straighteners available from front desk, Towels, Cups, Kettle, Small range of tea/coffee provided. No plates or cutlery were provided which would have been super!

        Where do I start!? My room was at the top of about 6 flights of stairs and there was no elevator. The staircase was extremely narrow so getting my luggage up to my room was a hassle. My room was apparently a double but was barely big enough to fit myself. I had to keep my suitcase on the bed as it would have blocked the doorway when I put it on the ground. There was a musty odour in the room when I arrived and it appeared to be in a state of disrepair; there were nine downlights and only one actually worked. I opened the door to what I initially thought was a closet but turned out to be the bathroom. It had a nauseating mouldy smell and was so tiny that to shower I had to stand right next to the toilet. The room had a safe to store valuables but the wrong key provided to open it. Not a good experience at all and probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. The only positives were the helpful staff and location.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
