I originally booked 2 nights and then extended my stay, great location close to everything, walking distance from station. Good value, Beds were comfortable, place was cleaned daily and throughout the day. Staff are lovely, helpful and friendly. Met lost of amazing people will be returning thank you 🙏

We stayed here 6 years before and the place had new owners this time. They were friendly but didn't really explain much about the hostel and ammeneties etc. The room we stayed in was clean but old. The carpet needs replacing or vaxing properly as it was covered in stains and felt abit sticky. He bed was a double but we only had a small single cover. The bed was OK but not super comfortable. The light switches were only by the door and there was no window in the room. A suggestion would be to put a lamp on the table next to the bed as because there is no window, there's no light in the mornings. You have to get out bed in the dark to switch the light on. The hostel overall was very clean but the showers need improving the water pressure in the hot shower was very poor and it wasn't very warm. The cold shower pressure was Ok but just put a new water heater in so there's two warm showers. The place overall could do with a bit of tlc and maybe touch of paint to brighten the place up. It's quite dark inside so some lighter paint colours could go a long way to make it feel more bright inside. The worst part was everyday there was men walking around coughing and clearing their throats and spitting into sinks. I'm unsure whether or not they worked there or not but it really is disgusting to constantly hear this during your stay Great location and fast WiFi with possibility of working downstairs in the common area. Overall, if you're not too fussed about little things and not looking for super comfort then it's passable but with some time and some care it could be a great hostel.

Tamatabi20231009 I have been traveling in Malaysia for a month. Then I like to stay cheap Hostel. But it must be clean. I have expect this Hostel is good. But it is not good. I like just name of Hostel. Good name. Good trip.

Worst accomondation since 3 months travelling in Asia. They didn't clean the floor at all, since there was hair everywhere. Sheets had stains and holes from cigarettes. AC turned on and off all the time and temperature couldn't be changed, also water was dripping down from it onto the bed. Showers were not clean as well and in the toilet you had to clean yourself everytime you went also facilities are old. The other guests are strange and you dont feel very safe. The staff is ok. They help you, if you ask for it. The only good thing is the location. I would never go there again.

Location’s very good in Chinatown. Price was kind of OK, but the double bed room needed to be cleaned better and restored a little. Staff was nice. Breakfast was terrible so I skipped it and went out to eat. Sorry but I cant give more than 3 stars in total.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
