        The quality is very good for a 3 star hotel. Ideal to relax and to stay away from party stress. Beautiful park in which the structure is located. Absolutely friendly staff! Of course they don't talk all Oxford English...but we are in a different country..so don't pretend, or use your Thai knowledge! Special thanks to the very nice Manager JJ.

        Nice hotel, large comfortable room with a balcony, air conditioning works great. The staff is attentive, the breakfast is varied and delicious, everything is good. We were unlucky with the weather, since we are not fans of sitting in the pool, and the sea is stormy, but this does not apply to the hotel. Thanks everyone 🙏 My previous negative review does not apply to this hotel, I don’t know how it got here 🤷‍♂️

        We spent 5 lovely days in Samui. We loved every moment and we would love to go back there anytime. In theThe Fair House Beach Resort we got everything which was important for my family. Peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff and in the restaurant the foods were fine and delicious. The rooms were simple but comfortable, the beds were extra-comfy, we had a great sleep every night. :) The staff of the hotel drives golfcars to make the traveling for the guests more comfortable towards the beach and the main place of the hotel. In the near surroundings you can find two 7/11 (0-24 markets), where you can buy everything which is needed for your stay on a lovely prize. We got burnt on the second day so we went to the Pharmacy where we got a "magical cream" which helped our skin to get better in a day. One tiny thing on the negative side, in the hotel there is not any wellness amenities where you can find anything especially hot e.g. hot-watered swimming pool, sauna etc. Moreover the swimming pool is not that deep so you cannot really do anything swimming related in it (only sitting and sunbathing). To end my review I loved the hotel and I would go back definitely and surely spend here some quality time/weeks again. p.s. Their pizza was a world's champion, you should definitely try it (the salmon one :) )! Thank you for helping me getting to know the Samui island!

        As others have mentioned, the rooms are showing its age a little. For most part they did a good job maintaining them - they're comfortable and spacious, but getting a good aircond is kind of a gamble. I know this because we came in a big group and it didn't seem dependent on room type. Personally I changed rooms twice before I got one that was acceptable. This place has a lot to offer. I loved the private beach, poolside bar, the seaside restaurant and the calming atmosphere. Most of the staffs are wonderful. Did I mention I love the beach? The pool/beach area is the star of the show for me and it definitely help regained 1 star. The only other thing that was sightly annoying here is the place is so spread that you need to get a buggy ride to the lobby, and during peak times it can take a while to wait for your turn.

        We stayed here for 5 nights in December 2023. The location is great, next to Chaweng Noi beach. However, we preferred Yellow beach, which is the beach that this hotel is on. It's quiet and clean. The service from the staff was great. They provided us with a room upgrade so we were in a bungalow near the beach! The rooms are nice. Shower pressure was excellent. We didn't eat at the hotel so not sure what the food was like.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
