        This used to be the go to hotel for our family's couple times a year trip to Winnipeg. It has a nice location, rooms, beds, and view. We used to love to go up to the pool area. It was nice and warm in there, with a smaller hot tub, the pool, sauna, and nice lounging chairs. One of my favorite memories up there my husband took naps on while I read and looked out the windows. When we were here New Years 2022 we were told it was closed for renovations. We excitedly waited to see what was being and this Christmas but when we visited we were disappointed. The area looked the same except the hot tub was taken out and a wall was in its place. The pool was on the cooler side so we walked laps to stay warm. With no hot tub releasing heat the pool area wasn't all that warm either. We saw multiple couples come in to the pool area disappointed there was no hot tub. Adults more often prefer a good hot tub over a pool. It still has the nice view, comfortable beds and good location but we may start trying out some other hotels in Winnipeg as we enjoy relaxing in a hot tub and by a pool.

        It was more than adequate, but worse than the average hotel of this chain. Hotel looks dated but decent throughout. Room could use some updating and a new carpet. Bed seemed new and comfortable. Good service. I was here for a conference, which the hotel catered. Food was good, but not exceptional. Great wait staff.

        The bed is comfortable and the location is conveniently close to the office of the company I work for. The staff seem nice. Other than that, I don’t really have anything positive to say about this hotel. It either needs to be renovated floor by floor, or demolished. I’ve stayed in roadside Best Westerns in the middle of nowhere that put this supposed luxury hotel to shame. I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last 7 months and each time there has been some kind of issue. The first time I stayed here, the air conditioning was non-existent and I spent a sleepless night sweating in my room. The next time, I was unable to get hot water in my room, and had someone else’s random room service charges added to my bill which required me to follow up for correction. This time, my room key randomly stopped working part way through my stay, the TV remote didn’t work the first night I was here, and half the TV stations didn’t work due to some poor satellite reception or something. Overall, the rooms are in poor condition. Very worn out, tired and dated. Just a very poor experience overall. It’s obvious whoever owns this hotel has no interest in maintaining any kind of brand standards. Unfortunately there are not really any other options in this area. Which I guess is the reason why this hotel continues to provide such a poor experience for their guests. Shameful.

        I recently had the opportunity to have a staycation over the holidays at The Fairmont and also enjoyed The Le Petit Chef Experience. I wanted to commend the staff on their attentiveness, kindness and overall hospitality during the stay. Noah and the bell staff were most welcoming. The in-room treats were most appreciated as part of the package booking. Rooms were very clean and beds most comfortable. Although, the restaurant is closed and there is no longer a hot tub in the pool area - we still enjoyed dining in the lounge, swimming in the pool and the sauna! Staff as always in the lounge is very kind and will go the extra mile for guests. Thank you for a lovely holiday experience!

        I recently stayed at Fairmont Gold for 2 nights and my experience was a mix of highs and lows. The staff and food were exceptional-attentive service and delectable cuisine. However, the room had so many issues, maintenance were there 5 times during our stay. The bathroom suffered from inconsistent water pressure and temperature control and water leaking in the unit below. The TV had connection issues, and HVAC system struggled to maintain comfortable temperature. Despite the stellar service and food , the room issues detracted from what could have been a flawless staycation. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns for future guests.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
