Location- Very accessible to all spot of the island can offer, loved the convenience. Food - Lots of variety to choice. Kids enjoy the romatic dinner under the stars. Staff - The most accommodating and friendly, the reception is well trained, and knowledgeable, good job💯⭐️

Excellent service! We were ushered to our room upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable. Today is our third day of stay here and it's my birthday. Dining staff surprised us with a birthday song while having bfast and gave me a birthday cake! Biggest surprise of all was full birthday decoration in our room when we came back! I was over the moon. Erasing the guilt for spending my bday away from our family. THANK YOU SO MUCH, FERRA HOTEL! - --Room 304

Ferra Hotel in Boracay Island offers a pleasant stay with its convenient location between White Beach and Bulabog Beach. The staff is commendable for their accommodating nature, providing a warm welcome with a refreshing drink upon arrival. The rooms at Ferra Hotel are well-equipped, featuring useful amenities such as a microwave, sink, mid-sized fridge, and even a comfortable sofa. The loft-style design adds to the overall ambiance, creating a spacious atmosphere with its high ceilings. Additionally, having two TVs in the room is a nice touch. While the view from the window overlooking the ground-level pool may not be noteworthy, the hotel compensates with another pool located on the rooftop. The rooftop pool offers a stunning view, making it a highlight of the property. Another thoughtful feature is the presence of a clothesline in the bathroom, allowing guests to conveniently dry any wet clothes. This attention to detail sets Ferra Hotel apart, as such amenities can be rare in other hotels. However, there are a few minor issues that deserve attention. Upon entering the room, some guests may have noticed a funky smell, which could be improved for a more pleasant first impression. Additionally, the gap in the door to the toilet may affect privacy and could be addressed for a more comfortable experience.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were welcomed by staffs with warm smiles and cold drink. The check in was fast and they gave us all the informations that we need. They showed us to our rooms and before getting into our rooms, one of the staffs secretly told my cousin to take a video (my cousin was so confused, she didn’t really get it). Little did we know they made a decoration in my parent’s room to surprise my mother as it was her birthday. They did surprise her with cake and candle again on the day of her birthday, with all the staffs singing. They are so sweet and very attentive. The toilet size depends on your room size. Breakfast is just okay, nothing special. They have 2 pools one in the other hotel which the guests are free to use. The staffs are the asset of this hotel. We feel like they are our family. They are always happy to help you and greets you with a smile. Special thanks to the staffs from June 14-16, 2023. I only remember Via, but you are all amazing! Thank you so much.

Home away from home. The most homey hotel Ive been to in the island. The staffs are so nice they almost treat you like family. Upon checking in, we were given welcome drinks and was assisted immediately, our room was already available but it took more than half an hour after we got in though. The room was clean and spacious enough, equipped with a smart TV. They also gave a welcome note on the bed which was nice. The Dip pool and bar at their other hotel was also great, pool was temperature controlled and drinks at the bar were delicious and cheap. Part of the sunset can be viewed from here as well. Breakfast was hearty and filling. Decent quality. only CONS we had was we were not provided any bath towels during our 2 days stay. I had to ask the lobby a multitude of times if we could get at least one so we could use something after taking a shower but no towel arrived. Instead, I asked for a pool towel and we had to use a wet pool towel everytime we would need a towel. Despite this, i'd still come back due to their kindness to their guests and the overall hotel quality.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
