        Cons: * We stayed in room 605 and indeed there was a strong odour in the room every single day, it smelled like my second bathroom when it’s not used for months, it’s a kind of sewage-y odour. We didn’t bother to say anything as we were mostly out of the hotel. * Mold in the silicone of the bathroom, it’s unsightly and this is something that can be fixed by soaking a kitchen towel/paper with bleach and leaving it on affected areas. Pros: * Price - Very reasonable compared to other accomodations. * Location - May not look the best from the exterior however the location is great as Pratunam is just ~THB 95 away (returning to the hotel though was more as Pratunam is a busy area and most taxis would not accept to take us without a fixed and inflated price). We learned the hard way to just use Grab even with my non-Thai phone number and we were able to just pay the taxi driver cash. * Beverage: We appreciated the convenience of having water/beer/soft drinks at a reasonable price. * 7-11: A stone’s throw away and you can find most things except tourist sim card. * Owner: June was very helpful and welcoming (she communicates in English). The rest of the staff don’t so do direct your questions to June through message and she would happily help you. * Adapter: We needed and adapter and June very kindly loaned one to us during our stay 🙏🏻 Tip: If you’re planning to do a bit shopping or if you have heavy luggages, I would suggest to avoid the 6th floor as the elevator goes up to the 5th floor only and we struggled with our heavy suitcases up and down.

        Affordable and a positive experience. The staff was great, very accommodating. The room was clean, and the shower worked well. The only downside is that the location is a bit far, but transportation options are easily accessible. Overall, a good value for the price.

        Very clean rooms with extremely hospitable receptionist. The location is pretty good. It is on a side road, but very close to lot of happening areas. I was recommended nice places to stay and was ensured of a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place.

        Room is big and very clean. 7eleven is on main road. 3 min walk CNA is one of the TV channel (which is superb). The place is on a quiet street off the main road. Save on hotel and spend on transport. Move around on Grab bike as traffic is horrendous. 30mins walk to MBK and other malls (according to Google map) but I have yet to walk. Nearest BTS is about 20mins walk (for me was 30mins)

        We are 3 girls from Malaysia. Bit uncomfortable when we check in at 6pm because the street bit dark and quiet around the hotel. Is abit distance to siam central if you walk, around 20 mints and bit dark..... ( we not really used to walk in Malaysia.) However, The staff is helpful in every way. The room is clean and comfortable. However we have check out on the second day because we would like to stay in a place that we won't worry when 3 girls back hotel midnight. Non refundable as we book through airasiago.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
