Mixed emotions - can appreciate how nice the hotel is for the price in Hong Kong. It’s decent and you shouldn’t hesitate to book. Positives + Free drinks in the lounge area + Staff helpful + Quality of accommodation good for the price + Walking distance to town centre + Nice little amenities like shower cap, toothbrush. + Can book a taxi for you. However it seems they accidentally booked two airport taxis for us when we went outside at 05:30 so one poor guy had to drive off when we got in the other taxi. Improvements - No sound insulation between rooms. We were unlucky and had two noisy people either side of us one night who were making noise all night. Not the hotel’s fault. We were not staying long enough to say something. - Little sound insulation from the road on floor 2. - Bathroom is small, normally wouldn’t mind but here it’s something to note. You could pay for a bigger room though unsure if bathroom gets bigger? - The flooring is scratched and looks worn in the room, probably bad construction choice at the time, floor was mostly clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Figo. The location was fantastic; very central, near Hollywood Rd and all its antique shops, and lots of great eating options. The hotel itself was compact, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The staff were also great. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent find, only a 5-6 minute walk to the trains/trams. In a very ‘local’ area which is not touristy but therefore a real experience of day to day Hong Kong. A small, boutique hotel with very nice decor and a lovely lounge area (free wine/beer and nibbles during happy hour). Good air-conditioning, a powerful shower and a comfortable bed make this place good value for money. Room serviced daily.

I stayed at the Premium Suite for 4 nights. Overall it's good value for money, location is quite convenient close to public transportation. Service is great and accommodating. Public lounge area is spacious and outdoor balcony is very cute. Room is small but nice with modern decor. Bathroom is also small but could be standard for hong kong. Living room sofa could be bigger and more sturdy, the one they have is too small and the cushions kept sliding out. Wifi is the one thing they can definitely improve on because it is too unstable for netflix to run smoothly.

Great hotel to stay in HK. Nice neighborhood, close to everything you need, good access to the airport and public transport to get around. Walking distance to a lot of landmarks, Soho district, etc. nearby there are some nice bars and cafes too. Staff was very friendly, rooms sparking clean, cozy and quiet. Will stay here next time Im in HK!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
